This is the worst set of sns I’ve ever gotten. The lady was extremely unprofessional and tore up my nail beds to the point of bleeding. When I asked her to fix my extremely crooked nail she did one swipe of a file and refused to fix it any more then she “already did”. Not to mention how not once did I see anything cleaned, sanitized, or tools being swapped out. I will never come back nor will I recommend to anyone else.
I went in on Thursday to get a regular gel manicure. The man on staff was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I had my nails done by a young lady and when I went back in on Sunday because the entire nail polish came off my thumb the very next day after having them done, I could remember the exact color I had gotten and when I was looking for it, the same rude, unprofessional man was talking about me to other customers. If I could give this place 0 STARS I would. Unclean, unprofessional, not worth the money. You’ll find me at NT nails from now on.
I’m not one to ever write reviews. But I am furious right now. I went to get a simple sns fill with a easy line design. The guy I had was nice enough, but my nails are awful. I said I wanted squared and he gave me nails that are skinny at the top, and flare out towards the bottom. He also saw there was something in my nail and didn’t do anything about it. The length is nothing like I asked for. I have been here before and they did an okay job. But this was the last time I will ever be using their service. Such a waste of $60.
Worst service I have EVER gotten at a nail salon. Took my Granddaughter in to get her nails done and the atmosphere is immediately off-putting. They ask me my name and I tell them Monica. They say, loud enough for everyone to hear "Okay, Monica Lewinsky?" The whole place starts laughing, and I found it extremely rude to say I was that woman. Then my Granddaughter shows them the nails she wants and they immediately rudely tell her "No, too hard." At this point everyone was staring at us like we were maniacs and we immediately left before getting anything done. Went to NT nails to be welcomed and had amazing service. Wouldn't go back if they payed me, go to NT instead!
This place’s prices are the cheapest for a reason. I was unhappy about the color I picked because it was not accurately represented on the nail palate. After expressing this, the nail tech put another color on top of what was already there that was slightly better, but still not what I had asked for. I was going to have to be charged to remove the color in addition to what had been done because I’d already picked out “so many colors” (2). After showing her the color I expected and the color I received, she did remove the gel and charge only for the manicure. However, it should not have been such a difficult and aggressive encounter to being with. Would highly suggest going else where and paying $5-6 dollars more.
Absolute worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. The worker that was doing my nails was looking everywhere else but my nails and was rushing. I accidentally moved my finger a few times and she forcefully bumped my finger away. I asked for long square nails and she gave me round tipped, short nails that were very lumpy. Every time I suggested her to make them more square she got annoyed and ignored me. Overall I am not going back to this place because I left with overpriced nails I didn’t ask for, a few cuts on my fingers from the nail tool, and horrible service.
I have driven 40 minutes just to get my nails done here. Chris, the manager, will go above and beyond to please you. I split my nail in half and he fixed it before getting my actual manicure done. Sometimes the wait can be long but it's worth it. They do such a great job with my gel nails and they last a good 3+ weeks. I've been to other nail salons in the Woodstock/Canton area but my nails have not last as long as this nail salon. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I typically don't write a review. But we need better and maybe even upscale nail salons near 20 and East Cherokee that cater to their customers. This one is not good with gel nails. After one week the gel polish started chipping. Went back to the salon and the manager kept making excuses and not willing to make it right. I asked if they could just repaint the nails affected and the manager said for a charge. This is just not right. I was not asking for much. I would think if you want your customer to feel good about coming back, you would do the right thing. I ended up going to another nail salon and not in this town. I guess this is why your ratings are not good. Should have made it right.
