WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wanted a pedicure and she rushed through it, kept getting up multiple times having me wait and the sad part is she wasn’t really doing anything important just going to the receptionist desk and organizing papers or something. IT LOOKS LIKE A 7 year old DID MY TOES !! If Nikki was in a rush she should have said no instead of screwing my toes nails like that. P.S my big toe is starting to ITCH, So disappointed.

I came in for a full set, was told i just needed a fill, refused to do the design and shape requested, said “no i do something else. Pick color.” Snipped cuticles several times with drill, cut his glove with drill and kept telling me relax. Then during my pedicare tech filed my skin off my toe and tried to tell me it was already cut

Nails stay on for quite a long tim, for a great price. Very polite nail techs.

This place is so unprofessional . The guy who did my nails is rude and kept changing the prices for my nails and didn’t even give me the nails I wanted or asked for . I showed him the picture and I ask for long nails with a coffin shape he wanted to charge me 55 and gave me short square nails and when I finally decide to speak up for myself and tell him that theses nails are the ones in the photo he started yelling at me . I got upset because it’s very unprofessional to yell at your clients . He didn’t apologize and I asked him to take them off because I will not pay for something that I didn’t ask for especially if I showed him a picture and we talked about the length and shape and the total cost in the beginning . Horrible service and will never return to This nail salon again !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

I went with my friend to go get a quick set done, my friend got Nikki who did an amazing job but the older gentleman that took care of me literally used his own thumb nail to push back my cuticles. Not only was he unsanitary but he was so rude. He literally put the tips on so crooked and yelled at me when I asked him to fix them. Luckily Nikki was there to save the set but by the end of it half the nail was already filed down and they still charged me extra for length.

WORST SERVICE EVER! When I first arrive everyone seem welcoming and greeted me immediately. They will say and do anything to keep you there as a customer. I had the NexGen pink and white tips done because the technician suggested it was the healthiest for my nails and last longer than regular acrylic. After only eight days two of my, I called the Salon immediately and let them know what happened the lady I spoke to said no problem come in and they would fix it. I stop by later that evening and the woman that was behind the reception desk said I'm sorry there's nothing that she can do it happens, unless I pay $30 to refill my nails. I was furious I could understand if I had my nails on a couple weeks totally understandable but after eight days they should've provided me complementary service. Not only did I have my nails done I had my nieces nails done, acrylic which one of her nails broke the same night and I had my daughters nails done with gel polish and after two days all the gel polish came off. If you're looking to get your nails done please stay far from this place they provide the worst Service EVER! They lost a very good client.

He hurt me when he was cutting my cuticles

And made them bleed and didn’t even apologize

And when I got the massage it was torture!! He squeezed my hand as hard as he could! My nails are not even even or the right shape!!! I should have asked for my money back but of course I was to nervous to ask!!!

Today
