I went in to get my acrylic nails off and i should’ve known from the start the experience was going to be bad. He began by using another acrylic nail to take off my acrylics once he had filed off my gel. He could clearly tell I was in pain and I should’ve said something but I just wanted it to get done. On my left hand he ripped off a huge chunk of my nail that started bleeding a lot and then another on my thumb. He proceeds to ask why i was upset when we were finished as if I wasn’t in pain. I will not be returning and i’ll be sure to tell my peers at Wesleyan not to go here

!!!!!!!!!NOPE NOPE NOPE!!!!!!!!!First full set in 15 years & I had to tell the man to cut my actual nail down b4 starting. He was rushing ( actually pulled out his phone & mentioned it wasn’t even 3 yet) pulled and threw my hands around like I was bothering him (not to mention the huffs and puffs) Anyway, bc if his rushing he cracked the tip of my nail but tried to fix. 30 mins after leaving it broke off, I called to see if they would fix it later in the week. I was told by the lady that does lashes that I only had one day to return, thank you and good bye! After I explained that I live 30 mins away and spent $90 the least they could do was take my name and honor a repair

I've been going to this salon and I have yet to be disappointed. My manicurist takes her time with my nails and is very detailed to ensure that I am pleased with them.

Very sanitary which is so important especially in these times. I'm also so in love with the staff. Every single employee there is so wonderful and kind.

It's my first time to try to make up my nails and it's a wonderful experience! I found a picture on internet and ask them if they can do that for me. That's exactly what I want! I love purple and black. They really did a good job! Also, the shop assistants have good attitude.

Really great design. Clean and nice. I come here with my girlfriend. She likes here so much. The staff here are nice and patient. Their equipment s and spa machines can let you relax and remove your tiredness from your working. really advise you come here.

I'm pretty particular about my nails and my nail technician took her time to give me the perfect narrow square nails! It's so hard to find a good nail salon and this one was worth every penny! I just wish I lived closer to this location!

They are amazing, super sweet and kind. I love my nails and everything is so clean and safe. They work hard to ensure good customer service.

The place was so relaxing! The manicure was awesome and the pedicure was great! I also love that they were able to get me in last minute on a Saturday! I will definitely be back!
