I took my aunt here and had an AMAZING experience. During our visit , the owner came by and made sure my aunt (who’s a little picky) was totally satisfied with her nails and was transparent about the cost which was super appreciated. During our visit , another guest came in very upset accusing the owner of doing her acrylic nail set wrong.. white nails that are acrylic are destined to turn colors . Everyone who’s a nail lover would know this. The owner kindly told her he could not discount her nails because he had suggested she get a gel set when she first came. She became upset and accused him of bad business. This was truly heartbreaking to see. I go here often and have nothing but great things to say about the staff.

I was referred to Ms. Kathy by my Dominican hair care provider. This was my 2nd time being serviced and I made sure to make an appointment. Kathy does both my nails (acrylic, gel manicure and collagen gloves), and also my feet (deluxe spa Pedicure) which I absolutely love.
She is a true professional, patient, kind and considerate. We talk and laugh, she listens to what you ask for and provides advice. They keep the salon CLEAN & DISINFECTED themselves the whole crew. I will definitely refer my friends and family to my new Nail Salon.
Didn’t catch the name of the nail tech. But he did a terrible job on my nails and still charged me full price! I had nail polish on my skin, my acrylic was thick and uneven!
I love Nail Luv, I will go nowhere else to get a pedicure. There is a nail tech there, her name is Anna, I feel like she genuinely care about my feet, I work for a company where I take upwards of 30,000 steps a day. My feet used to hurt constantly, but Anna fixed that for me. She has accomplished what the doctors could not. I really appreciate her attentiveness to my feet. Every visit my feet feel 100% better. The staff there are always friendly and professional. And the massage chairs there are very nice as well ????????.
They just opened for the day on New Years Eve so was worried would be packed but got here just in time. This was my first time at this salon, visiting family here, i live in NC. I said i wanted a pedicure and was seated as soon as i picked out my color. More customers came in just as i was seated so timing was perfect. The lady asked what type of manicure i would like(chose the regular). She took her time to make sure all the dead skin and cuticles were removed and did a great massage on calves and feet before coloring. I visit every year for Christmas and will continue to use this salon if in the area. Place looked pretty and clean. People were friendly.
I have had the most horrible service ever!!! I came for a fill in and the lady started with an attitude. I had 3 nails that needed to be replaced and she wanted to just glue them back down. Sorry... not to day! I need what I asked for. She put one on crooked and I made her take it off. She started jibber jabbing with her peers and we all know what that means. Then she changed the shape of my nails from round ... some pointed and some square. I asked her what was she doing... she slammed the nail file down and stormed off saying I can't do it. I asked for the manager who refused to come out. I didn't want anyone else in there to touch my hands, I was simply trying to pay for the mess she made before I walked out. I asked if I needed to call the police because I didn't want them to try and say I walked out without paying. I offered to call them myself so I could pay. She told me to just leave and I left gladly! I am now across the street getting my nails done.????
Third time coming to this shop. The first two times the ladies did a good job. But this last time the slim guy did my pedicure and fill. He rushed the whole time. Forgot I asked for sugar scrub pedi. Then did my nails. Told him how I wanted them trimmed cause they were crooked. He told me they were not basically argued about how u wanted my nails. The polish came off in 3 DAYS! HowSway? A gel come off that fast?!?!? Then over charged me. Same job last girl did, he charged $20 extra AND messed it up! So ugly! I'm never going back there. Nails were still crooked. Smdh
