The service at this store is very disappointing. The older man was my nail tech and he is extremely rude and their customer service is very lack luster. I would not recommend them to anyone!

My Rhinestones is not aligned right my shape of my nails are different there are air bubbles and other stuff stuck in my nails there is acrylic left on my cuticles I will never go here again

IF YOU LIKE PERFECTION GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT. SHE DID MY NAILS ???? AND THE NEXT WEEK THEY FELL OFF ????. AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR ALL THE REPLACEMENT NAILS THAT FELL OFF. And BLAMING IT ON SOMETHING IN MY BODY MADE THEM FALL OFF. ???????????????? So I WENT TO# NATION NAILS ACROSS THE STREET AND THEY GOT ME BACK RIGHT.

I visited today for a pedicure. The store was clean, and organized but I was not impressed with the service provided. It was a rushed job. So disappointed.

do not ever come to this nail salon !! they are very rude. i recently was assaulted by the lady who works here an the guy on 5/20/2022 i had the police come an they gave me a police report i had to go down to the court take out at warrant on the lady , i paid my money an because of bad customer service i didn’t want my nails done so i paid for my feet , the lady walks over to me an steps on my feet messing up my toes that i just had got painted here . she will be arrested a warrant has been issued

I advised you all to save your money. I will never go back to this nail salon. They’re quick to tell you the price but don’t give you what you asked for. Horrible customer service. I never burst out in a nail salon before this is the first and will be the last.

Nothing has ever been that serious for me to right a review however, the woman doing my nails got extremely upset and cut my nails off then left the other hand with undone tips. She also tried to charge extra to shape the nail as well.

I try to be extremely respectful to people who work service jobs so this experience really came out the blue and it was my first time there. Maybe she had a bad day but being that mean to a customer is insane. A co-worker ended up taking the tips off which was nice. But overall I'm 10000% not coming back.

The first time i got my nails done i loved them. I think the lady lynn did them. I came back to get my fill in and a different lady(don't know her name) did my nails. I was not satisfied. And when i was trying to explain to her she basically just ignored me. And she was getting attitude with me. This isn't the first a customer has complain about her work. She is a horrible nail tech. I got my nails done Saturday and one of my nails is lifting up aleardy.. Really!! I'll go back but she'll never touch my nails again!!
