Services wasn't bad, but prices are a little extreme. I visit this establishment on a Saturday and within a week later my nails were lifting. They were lifting so bad to the point I has to take then off due to pain. Do not recommend at all, and will not return.

I love it here! I will drive all the way from south Jackson to get my nails done by them! They always get me right.

This time was great...nail techs were rude to other customers while I waited. After that it was smooth sailing and I love my nails!!!

I have long natural nails and I get acrylic over lays on my nails. I went in this place for a fill in and 1 nail repair. I waited for 3 hrs for some lil girl to do my nails then my nails were shaped where my pointers were stiletto and the rest were coffin. The little girl shaped all my nails stiletto and then when she drilled my nails she drilled too much and applied acrylic and I told her my nail was on fire burning. She put alcohol on top of the acrylic then applied gel polish. I have never in 27 years had a nail fungus. Did I mention I’m a licensed nail tech and cosmetologist. I went to go and get a fill in and now I have a nail fungus and have had to cut my nails off and will not be able to get my nails done until this fungus goes away. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional slow and in knowledgeable on proper business and running a business. Some of my nails were crooked and gel polish peeled off 2 fingers in 24 hours.

I sat there for a total of 45 minutes. When I arrived after I was told to sign in I asked the heavy set male if they did individual eyelashes.He said they did. A young lady pulls me to the back and I told her I wanted individual. She stated she didn’t know how to but her sister did. She stepped out of the room and spoke to her sister. She came back and said her sister would do them just sit back up front. She handed me a book to look at color options. Sat back down and waited an additional 15 minutes. The sister come and asks the other customers what the wanted. I told her I was waiting for her to do my individual. Nastily she replied “I’m not gonna do no individuals”.

The tech was rude and disrespectful. I greeted him he never replied back. I shook it off and then as he filed my nails he did it so hard I had to tell him nicely to stop. I wanted to talk to the owner privately about his service he then wanted me to say it in front of the patrons. Unprofessional. As I did the tech overhead and started shouting in front of customers. These people are rude. It was my first time going and Ill never come back. Please do not waste your money. It's time to stop overlooking unprofessional businesses and speak out. Wow! I'm still shocked.

I came here to get my nails and the service was extremely rude. The guy had the acrylic all over my thumb and it was just a terrible experience. They don’t have a sink and use a towel or their own hands to dust your hands off. Extremely unprofessional!
