This is not my regular nail salon. I needed my nails reshaped and repainted. I didnt like what I had gotten at my regular salon and couldn't go back, so I stopped here. While waiting, I pulled the reviews and wanted to RUN. I'm glad I didnt. The lady did a fantastic job taking nails thay were long and square and making them almond. The perfect almond shape I have ever gotten. She really worked the all ready existing nail, a pained with gel for only 30 bucks. I was very clear with her in the beginning of the app and showed her a photo of what I wanted. I'm very happy.

The worst place ever!! Please avoid it.

First at all they don’t know to polish nails. Their work looks so bad it reminds it was done by a beginner.

Second, they don’t have any respect to a client. If you don’t agree with the way they do your (!!) nails they start screaming in Vietnamese to each other and you kinda feel uncomfortable ???? Really? I pay you money and you complain about me to your colleague when I didn’t even leave??

Third, yesterday they accidentally or not charged me for $635 instead of $35. The lady was giving me this reset to sign up and I was totally shocked. How people can be so irresponsible with clients card?? Did you learn number at school??

I’m so annoyed and I totally hate this place. I hope their business will fall apart

(Black nails with silver sparkles in the pictures) This was honestly such a horrible experience. I get my nails done so often and this by far was the worst service I have ever received. I got my nails done (fill with gel polish) on Friday at 2pm and the next morning I came back at 10am and showed them how bad my nails were. The polish was lifting on 2 nails on my left hand. There were dents on my right hand and bubbles that had formed. I did not have time to get them fixed on Saturday and said I could come in Wednesday (since it’s the long weekend and I was leaving) and she said no to me coming in Wednesday and a man came and was literally yelling at me and refusing to find any resolution. 2 other people walked out of the salon because of how they treated me. So disappointed in how I was treated especially since I was not escalating the situation at all. I just wanted a solution.

The worst pedicure I have ever recieved. I paid $40 for the deluxe pedicure. She was done in 15 minutes! She didnt touch my cuticles, gave one quick swipe over my heels, dint let the cuticle remover sit on my heels, the polish was sloppy, and no massage! I had to lotion them myself!Horrible!

Would not recommend this place. Walked in to get basic acrylic set removed and they didn’t soak them or do much of anything besides besides pry them off with an unused nail…. Now I have had my nails removed before and I have never gotten them done this way. Also made me bleed due to being very rough and cut my cuticles

Went in on Wednesday afternoon around 4. Had fill in. The same night out to dinner 3 to four nails were chipped, bubbles in others. Just horrible in a matter of hours. Went back next day around 1:30 and spoke directly to manager. the gentleman that did my nails was not very nice either day. He seemed to think fixing it the next day was ok. Not so. SHE redid all my nails. Went out of town Friday and of course chipping. Was the polish old or something? Needless to say I will NOT be returning.

My first time going to this salon. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The man did my nails very well. I have really small nail beds, so most times my nails pop off with very little disturbance. I've had these on for over a week with no issues. He was also very neat with my polish job.

To be honest, I’ve tried this place over and over again to just give it a chance and try new techs but just complete disappointment. Everything is rushed, the quality of the service is poor. Don’t bother spending your money here. I felt gross after a manicure.. that says a lot.. And don’t get me started on the gel polish. It was done so poorly, and layered so much to the point where they peeled the next day. I didn’t even want to bother going back to get it fixed.
