I was staying at a local hotel for a trip and needed my nails done due to some breaking. I looked up nail salons near me and I called them to make an appointment for noon. They said that was good and to come on in!
Negatives:
-I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time for my service to even start. They even sat a guest BEFORE me who came in after me and she was getting a similar service. Just don’t take an appointment next time if you can’t accommodate it. If you would have said no come at 12:30/1 instead I could have grabbed some lunch instead of sitting there that entire time.
-The salon kinda looks like it is in disarray possible from just opening or maybe just reorganizing stock?
-No one at the reception desk to greet you when you walk in, so it was a little awkward and confusing.
Positives:
-When I went to go leave out of frustration the owner made up for it and came after me to apologize and make sure I got taken care of, very sweet lady.
-my nails looked great at the end, I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my nails but she sat next to the owner and did detailed work!
-one of the cheapest dip sets I’ve gotten done, I don’t know if that was their normal price or a discount for the inconvenience, but either way, a good price!
-the decor looks like it will look fantastic once all set up
-I would come again and give them another try if I’m ever in the area again because they made up for the initial bad experience.
I’ve never got a pedicure done until about a week ago. My first time experience and it totally went amazing. I was very satisfied. Loved the finished look. The person who did my toes was nice and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. He was quick, fast and made my toes looked amazing. I will so recommend this place and will defiantly come back again soon!
Great nail salon! Reasonable prices & meticulous work. I had a wonderful gel manicure yesterday by, who did a fantastic job. I brought in a photo of what I wanted, and she was able to execute the design (gold glitter delicately placed over light pink) even more beautifully than I'd hoped. I can't stop looking at my hands!
Really nice salon. Came here on a Saturday and there wasn’t a wait! The pedicure spa chairs have massage remotes and it was well worth the extra money for a foot massage! Very thorough and clean. Also decided to get a manicure and they did just as well as they did my toes! Would definitely come back here it’s a nice nail place to go to in this part of town give it a try! Very nice workers.
Have been going to this place for a couple months now. And It's a nice location! The nail colors are in books on the counter and It's very easy to me choose. She is skilled and funny. She was so amazing at what she did. My pedis are nice and luxury. Don't go anywhere else to get your nails done. Wish I could give 6 stars!
They were absolutely fantastic in their nail job. And did such a meticulous job on our pedicures and shellac. My pedicures and gel manicures are always nicely done and long-lasting. This is definitely my new nail spot! They prices are reasonable!
Honestly this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The staff is so welcoming! They really make you feel your best, and it’s so cute inside! They’re super clean and just so nice! I’ve been coming to them for almost a year, and they never fail to satisfy me.
Tony does my nails and he is FANTASTIC!! He takes his time and makes sure your nails are perfect.
And their pedicures are the best around! I won’t go anywhere else.
Everyone that works there is super friendly and makes you feel very welcome.
