there is only two workers so its kinda slow. They are very kind and the place is very peaceful. I am disappointed that they can make appointments it would help our time and there’s as well. some of my nails probably needed another coat and that’s really the only down side on my nail's. My nails are very beautiful and the man did a wonderful job ????????????
Went on a Friday afternoon. Only two employees. They had a line of people but I only had to wait about 45 minutes for a fill and change of polish.Ill try a pedicure next time set up looked nice with massage chairs. They didn't talk much and had nice calming music on. Will be back.
I’ve gone to Nail Club in Ruidoso before and liked it, partly because they don’t talk constantly.
I will not go back. I recently had shoulder surgery and needed a pedicure as I couldn’t do it myself. I was willing to wait for the hour predicted. After choosing my color, I was told they couldn’t take me because my arm was in a sling! I told the young lady I needed a pedicure, not a manicure
They charged me $100 to do the bare minimum. I received a pedicure and a French tip manicure. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Spent about 1 minute per leg and foot massaging. The polish looks ok. I’d be surprised if it took any longer than 25 minutes. The manicure looks ok, only took about 10 minutes. But, after letting my fingers soak in acetone for 30 minutes before and during my pedicure she didn’t even put lotion or oil on my hands after. This is my first time here and I am from out of town so maybe my expectations are higher. But, $100 for something that should have cost maybe $45 is ridiculous. I’ve been charged less what I payed today for an hour long pedicure with hot stones and wraps and all the fancy things, with an offer for something to drink.
Like an assembly line in there! One sticks on nails, one applies acrylic….Didn’t cut off my long nails, just put tips over the top and there’s water getting underneath! Looks awful…like
chicklets gum placed on top of my nails. 3rd grader could have done a better job. Now I have to go somewhere and get this monstrosity soaked off. DO NOT GO HERE!

My husband and i walked in and asked for 2 pedicures and i also wanted a full set and she told me they don’t give pedicures to me .. welp lost my business
