Went here for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed! I didn’t catch the nail techs name but he did amazing. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in awhile. I was going to Pueblo nails and my nails would be break the next day. He actually took his time and had great attention to detail. Salon was also very clean as well. I’ll definitely be back ????
This place is awful! Do Not go here! My friend and I went yesterday 6/10 and they spent way too much time on nails that are so terribly done. They basically did the design they they wanted to do on my nails because they didnt know how to do the design i wanted. within an HOUR after getting them done a nail had snapped off. ALL of them seemed to not really be attached to my real nails. I asked for refund and they refused, flipping a sign around that was not that way yesterday and disrespectfully telling me to “read”. Place all around is awful and unsanitary.
I love going in there. Jane usually does my nails but another lady did them the last two times I was there. Did what I asked for. I enjoy the music they play and listening to them speak Mandarin. I need to go back next week and get my nails ready for the fall.
I am very pleased with the service provided, I came here two weeks ago for a Petty and Nails. Petty was awesome and my nails did not break… Came back today all the staff recognized me and were very friendly , I had my daughter with me who wanted a Manicure and pedicure and she was so Happy and also commented on how nice everyone is !
This place completely ruined my fingers with whatever kind of chemical they use! The man that did my nails cut the sides of my fingers as listed below! Very unprofessional! Stay away from this place! My lawyer is now involved for negligence
Nelson is the best I have ever gone to for all nail services. Jane and Nelson are very nice people
One of the worst experiences I’ve had! The elderly lady was sweet and she meant well but she did my nails like garbage. Then the owner lady tried to say they looked good when it was obvious my nails were thick and round and uneven. She did act like she cared after I threw a fit and attempted to fix them even though I was already there for 2 hours and didn’t have time. I won’t be back and I do not recommend.
Went here for the first time and had a pedi and gel manicure. The guy who did them was not friendly at all and made me feel like I was bothering him in some way. He rushed through my pedicure but the polish does look nice. After stating when I got there what I needed he forgot I wanted a manicure also and was rushing me out of there, asking for payment not even half way through my pedicure. I asked for a specific type of manicure and the guy basically talked me out of it and when I asked for something else he seemed upset that he still had something else to do. He was on his phone constantly and never really tried to interact with me. Since he spent so much time on his phone, my manicure took way longer than it should have and compared to many other manicures I've had it seemed like he wasn't really doing things in order and the water to soak my hands in was cold. I kept cool and just let him finish and again the polish on my nails did look good. I went to pay and left a tip on my card, he then had the nerve to ask if I had cash for the tip. If this guy was in a bad mood or whatever, maybe he shouldn't have been there that day because he made my experience less than relaxing and enjoyable. Lucky for me I did come out with my nails looking nice despite his lack of people skills and wanting to do his job. If I did go back, I would definitely not go to this guy again.
