I was not satisfied with this experience. I got a gel manicure that chipped within 2 days. I called to complain, and they did fit me in that day to fix the nails. She added another coat, free of charge which was nice. However the gel chipped again 2 days later. For paying $40 and the manicure lasting less than a week, I’m not happy and will not be returning.
It's not easy to put your trust any just any nail salon. I'm blown out of the water with the quality of the salon, quality of work, and kindness of the staff. And all at standard pricing. May want to make an appointment but I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. It is just a great atmosphere to be in, glad to finally have found a salon I love in Baltimore. ????
First time visiting this salon. I was fit in late in the day which didn’t hinder the quality of the experience. I received a deluxe pedicure and a full set with sparkly gel for the holiday season. Blanca was awesome and I’ll be visiting again after the holidays.
We are so pleased with our experience at Nail Care & Spa. We were originally booked at a different salon, which had to cancel because of a power outage, so Nail Care & Spa took us at the last minute. They were extremely accommodating and kind and made sure to give us the full, not rushed experienced, despite our last minute arrival and later evening appointment. We will recommend and return in the future!
Delmy works really well! I asked how she comes up with the nail designs and she said people usually show her what they want and as long as she has the materials she can do it. I follow her on instagram and her work is pretty impressive. Two of my coworkers recommended her. Instagram name: delmynails my overall experience here was good. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. She told me one other person in there can do the same work she does. Try to make an appointment. I tried to add a picture but. Staff was so nice and friendly, my nails turned out perfectly - exactly the length I asked for, and they didn't mind switching the color when I didn't like the first one I chose. For $35 for a gel manicure, the price can't be beat either. I'll definitely be back.
Nice setting. Nice friendly staff. Out of all the local nail salons, these manicurists do the best job. I never feel rushed.
Went with my lil sis; she treated me. I’m 7.5 months pregnant, and I fell asleep while the massage chair was going and they were painting my toes. I accidentally jerked my foot while the lady was painting my big toe, and she had to fix it. Then I accidentally brushed the same toe up against something and messed it up and she had to fix it AGAIN. She never complained (at least not in English lol). They also did a manicure for me, and they did EXACTLY what I had asked for. I forgot to tell them I had dip powder on my nails already and that it would have to be soaked, which slowed them down even more. But they were so patient and understanding. Then I tried to tip the lady and she wouldn’t take it because my sister had already paid. Eventually I just laid it down and told her I wanted to tip her, and i refused to take it back. Overall we had a great experience, and I’m so happy with my toes and fingers. My sister got her toes done, and she was also happy. Chair Massage felt great too. Thank you!!
