I went there with a design in mind and asked if they could do it and they said yes and they did not disappoint!! I was so happy with the results and how well they are holding up! Best place in DL!!

I went got a full gel set today. The filing hurt so bad and i kept telling her but she didn't care and was VERY rude. After she was done filing my nails i looked at them and LITERALLY had skin hanging off each finger. When I asked for discount for practically filing my skin they tried to turn it around on me and say my skin was dry, which was NOT the case. The lady was rude from the start and basically criticized me for wanting a white nail with white design on the top. She did what she wanted anyways. Would not recommended going here. 1st pic is what I got 2nd is what I wanted. SMH
While I think they do a good job, I have an issue with appointments. I scheudle an appointment for a reason. I do not like waiting 15 to 30 minutes to get into my appointment. What's the point of making an appointment? And what would happen if I showed up 30 minutes late to my appointment? They would not have time to get me in...
First time here, service was amazing in 2021. Recently I booked an appointment for 2 Mani/pedis at 1. We waited for over a 1/2 to get going. My tech took a hot towel out that was far too hot and started to small my legs! I yelped. Thankfully she took it off and waited a minute before continuing. Mani was rushed, chipped quickly. Pedi is still good though!
I usually don't leave negative reviews.. overall disappointed. My daughters cuticles bled for awhile and then were left sore for days. For myself I wasn't listened to at all on what I wanted. The lady ended up doing what she thought would look better.
We won't be returning.
Always a good spot to get nails done. Many options and professional staff.
