I've gone to quite a few nail salons and I'm always disappointed. The staff either rush you along, don't do a good job painting, or act like you're bothering them by being there. When I was looking for a new salon to go to, I was reading reviews of multiple places in the valley that all had negative reviews recently. I found Nails 28 by chance in the sea of negative reviews as they were one of the only places that had consistently good reviews.

Man, let me tell you what. This place? The best. Easily.

As I was sitting there saying I was a first time customer, another lady getting her nails done leaned back and said that the place was great and she comes here all the time.

Micah worked with me and was so attentive to detail it was refreshing. He was gentle with my nails and got them into shape quickly and in such a way they didn't fray at the ends (you know how some places just file your nails roughly and then there's all the...excess? hanging off the end? Yeah, they don't do that here). He really was nice, taking the time to make sure my nails were how I wanted them instead of what he decided they'd look like regarding the length, shape, and paint. Followed up by a really relaxing hand massage, this was a top notch experience. Genuinely the only place I'll be going to, and more specifically Micah!

I got a full set with gel polish and I’m in love!! They are so amazing, friendly and couldn’t have done a better job! This is where I’ll come every single time! I highly recommend Nails 28!

I love this place. First time in, but a nail junkie, I needed multiple fixes and a fill after a few wrong turns, nail wise. Not cheap... But. I walked out with a FABULOUS Pedi and a NEW full set after we determined I needed one. With holographic nails no less... And a hug. ???? Thank you, ladies!!

So I came here because they were rated so well. Now I've been spoiled in Washington State with a gal who was so quick and efficient but also professional. I went to Texas for almost 3 months and went to three different salons all that were under my expectations.

Then we moved to Grand Junction, CO... my nails needed a fill and I wanted a pedicure, with all the moving I treated myself to a deluxe pedicure and let me tell you. The. Best! Not only was there an amazing massage, not just a quick run down but a thorough technique to relieve stress. I feel like I have new feet. My fill was so quick and painless, they are nice and thin, not lumpy or anything. I couldn't ask for better. This is my nail salon home now. I will look forward to everytime I need to have my nails and toes done. Thank you!

I’ve been here twice, first time was good, second time was terrible. She cut my cuticle when trimming them. Normally not a huge deal - but she proceeded to do it multiple times. She then buffed my nail so hard it made the cuticle bleed on a different nail. She left polish on my pinky near the base of the finger and used the drill/electric file to make corrections which further damaged my cuticle. When I said something she apologized but how many times do I have to say this is too rough? Worst manicure I’ve ever had.

After using many salons in Grand Junction, I finally found my nail salon. I found this place on Google and due to the reviews I decided to give it a shot. Best decision I’ve made. Everyone was friendly professional. Zi my nail tech did an amazing job. I will refer and I will be back. Thank you so much.

Went to this salon for a girls trip and received great service! We called ahead pedicures. The employees were friendly and gave great pedicures. Would definitely return if ever in town!

Loved my Nails!???? they really took their time (2hours) to do the design I thought it was impossible to do!! FYI They're not stickers! They are hand painted! ???? I would recommend this place to anyone. I will go back.. ????
