Was suggested this place for fun designs, made a reservation & didn't get taken for 30 minutes. Had 2 different technicians work on my nails, which caused an uproar from the client next to me as her tech was doing my designs. The techs were so friendly, but the experience overall was subpar. The nails themselves are very uneven, & the final designs were rushed so a bit wonky. They chipped the next day, and there is still acrylic over my skin and my cuticle were not taken care of whatsoever. I do like them either way, but am disappointed at how long I waited(service took 3 hours, all of 20 minutes for designs) blonde guy is killer at designs though if he's not rushed.

I've been coming here for years and I'll never be coming back. We make appointments and have to wait an hour still. The owner Kevin completely messed up my nails, he's blaming me for them looking so bad (because I didn't say anything while in there yesterday) and trying to blame the nail polish as well when there's lumps on the actual nails, the nails aren't straight, the design looks like a child did it. He decided to message me to argue with me about getting my money back and then blocked me. This place has definitely gone down hill since the new owners took over. It's disappointing.

I went here for a full set because the recent reviews were good. My nails are the worst quality i've ever had and yet the most expensive i've ever paid. $80 for a full set for it to look horrible. my nails are hanging out of the sides, uneven lengths, tips not colored thoroughly the list goes on. please do not waste money here. on top of it all the lady who did my nails did not say one word to me the entire time so rude

This is the ???? BEST ???? Nail Salon I’ve ever went to. I’ve tried many salons from about 12 miles out and sometimes more but this salon has the best service and very trendy nail artist! The setting was comfortable! My pedicure specialist was so funny and Respectful to my fiancé and I ! She was a gem!

The owner of the salon was very welcoming and quickly helped us get serviced!

My nail artist was Lilly , who was very quick and talented! I showed her a picture and she gave me every detail of what the picture had. With any concerns I had she quickly resolved them! Absolutely welcoming environment, great music, large color selection and nail type selection, very neat and precise! My fiancé and I have made this our permanent salon!

Since ownership changed from Sarah owning it..I was going there since the day it opened but now I wont be going there any longer..you make an appointment and sit & wait without being told anything. The styles of the nails went to & age of the clientele has changed drastically to a younger age and the atmosphere is not the same. So I have changed locations.

it’s been a while since I’ve been to Leeann’s and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! i made an appointment with Cherry and she is a queen! she’s very uncommon dating and gives great recommendations and that’s exactly what I love. and once you see the picture of my nails you’ll understand!

Mark did an excellent job today! Very great attention to detail while still being gentle and not hurting me with the file. If your "extra" like me, and like to get unique nails that require expert nail tech experience, Mark is your guy. Super friendly too. I think he's new. (:

I went there on Tuesday to get a refill and change a color I asked gel nails. Two days after the polish breaks off I went there yesterday to fix it and today it breaks off again at this point I dont think is gel polish. I come from chicago I went there because it was highly recommended
