I walked in 45 minutes before close. All the employees were helpful, fun to talk to and kind. I got simple gel nails done. The woman did my nails very quickly and was attentive to the details. I'll be returning for a pedicure next time!
Absolutely the WORST acrylic fill in I’ve ever had. I was in a hurry and did not have time to drive to my regular salon. My nails looked so terrible that I had to go to my regular nail salon the next day to have it fixed. I told them I was not happy and they never even apologized.
Requested dip powder with removal. I had a bad feeling from the start due to how she was removing the old dip and it got worse. Long story short my nails are not the shape I wanted and it looks like a child did my nails. They reused to listen to me the whole time and demanded payment. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE
What a terrific nail spa! There was no waiting and they were very helpful with the split in my nail. I ended up needing to leave soon and they were able to efficiently finish my nail. They look awesome! Highly recommend ❤️
This is the worst nail salon I have to say I ever been to and I have been to alot of salons over the years. I went in for an overlay on my natural nails something that should have taken 30-40 minutes max and i was at the shop for an hour and 30 minutes and had to go back after work to get them painted. The tech that done my nails done a poor job and when I went back in to have them painted I guess Logan the owner painted them and I pointed out that my nails were poorly done and also need filed and shaped more and he said your nail look fine ran a buffer file over them painted them and sent me on my way.. I now have to go to my regular nail salon to have my botched nails done correctly I paid $25 for something that looks like a kindergartner done that ill have to pay again to get fixed.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.. No stars!!!
Worst experience ever! $180 for my nails and daughters mani pedi with gel. It's been 24 hours and my daughters gel polish is already falling off. Asked for a refund and "owner" said no. Don't waste your time or money.
I love that getting an acrylic refill is under $20. Plus they have a loyalty card that after you get your nails done, I think it is 10 times, then you get a free one. My last visit was my free one and it was fabulous & it came just at the right time! The owner is amazing! All the people that work there are super nice and they do an effective and efficient job, and they always work me in whenever I need it. They're also open later than a lot of nails places which is cool. I love this place❣️ I will always go here if I can possibly get there before they close. A++????
I have been here once before to Lee and he was great. Today he was not there so they gave me someone else who clearly did NOT now how to do dip powder. Actually, she could not even file nails properly. I had to TRY to tell her the steps in the process but the language barrier made it impossible. As i was paying for my service I asked the gentleman at the desk who was the manager and he replied that he was. I told him that it was very unfair of him to have her doing dip because she doesn’t know how. He insisted that yes she did and rambled on and clapped his hands in my face and told me i was wrong. He then told me not to comeback if I didn’t like it, i told him no worries there I would not be back and he was a poor excuse for a manager. The girl who did my nails apologized, i told her i was not mad at her and gave her a very generous tip regardless and told her I appreciated her time. Will absolutely never step foot in there again.
