Today was our first experience here and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I are leaving for Disney and wanted speciality nails and this team was AMAZING! I went in to get a few nails fixed and she said she was going to charge me for a full set instead of just fixing my nails because I also needed a fill in. And the matte polish begin to chip on every to nails, within the first week of her doing my nails. It is not worth the price that they make you pay.And yes I do understand that my nails are slightly long so I get that, but there is no excuse for bad service I at rue 21

Which is it a hands-on job to cause me to break my nails so I really think that it's bad service and bad products. Because I have been there several times and every time I go back for fill in something is broke and then they charge me because it's broke

I enjoyed my pedicure I am really shocked that it now cost over $50 for a pedicure I remember before covid I could get a pedicure in my nails for basically $60 and now it's a lot more and it's crazy

My Nails 2 happens to be the most wonderful establishment and the nail technicians are nice. All the ones that have done my nails do wonderful work. I ask for Nancy she by far has the best personality and I love her energy.

I had Kristy as a nail tech, and she was amazing! I came in with an inspiration photo, and left with nails that looked better than the picture. They were fair with their pricing considering she took off my old gel, 4 ombre nails, 4 sugar nails, and gel on all the others. Totally recommend!
