If I could give no stars I would. They had awful service asked for 1 thing for my aunt and she did a completely different option then tried telling us we had to pay for both services. My nails he put gel polish on my nail to “fix it” (really cover up a mess somehow white was all over my black) and it’s navy blue not black and it has a bubble in it after I asked 6 times to fix it. Not great service at all
Extremely amazing service! Fast, friendly, and excellent staff members all makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. They made sure we got exactly what we asked for and made sure we liked what we were paying for! I absolutely love the SNS nails. I tried them today for the 1st time and they are amazing!! Definitely going back and have already recommended this place to my friends and family!!
I have been having my nails done here for about 2 months and the service has been wonderful! The finished product looks great and prices are competitive with other businesses in town.
Great customer service as I walked in greeted and sat down and very fast and friendly! Excellent work on my hand and feet!!
Had terrible experience not once but couple of times so not going back again. The only reason i started going to place was that my first visit was nice but later on its a hit n miss even during my service i told them its not going right but they did not care. The only reason i am posting this is because i had couple of bad experiences and the people out there do not care at all , all they want is the money. In my last visit the older man started doing my nails and the place was busy ,he was doing really fast even the people that came before me were still not done and i was told i am done . He did not file and shape the nails right and also mentioned him but he did not care i also showed my nails to the other lady in salon even she did not pay any attention. The nails were uneven and did not look neat at all but the people around there did not listen and pay attention they treated me as if i don’t know anything about it and the way they did the nails was the right way . Sorry but no more visiting you guys there are a lot of other places that can service you better , always remember customer is the king. Posting it late so do not have the pics else i would have posted the pics too.
Amazing experience. Although busy, no wait. The manicurist was very personable and explained each step. Will go back when I’m in the area again!
They got my daughter and I in early for a manicure and polish. We didn't want to damage our original nails, so we keep it simple. $20/each before tip. I add a top coat each day to make the beautiful design and polish last. Very happy with the service and love that I didn't spend a fortune.
I had a terrific experience here. The salon was clean, people friendly, and I am very happy with how my nails look. They have a variety of choices for pedicure packages. I opted to have one that included a leg and foot massage. It was so worth it. Hot stones massage and paraffin dip for my feet relaxed me so much.
