That lady Anna is very nasty and greedy. She is ALWAYS rude even when I always tip her very generously, and will pick out things about you physically and make fun of you insultingly publicly in front of other customers. For example, one time my brows weren’t threaded yet by my usual lady and she made fun of me for having thick brows atm. She doesn’t have any eyebrows herself. Ironic. Her other customers don’t even realize that she’s always insulting them backhandedly because she often mumbles. Hiked up prices, and overcharges also, and claims they’re the most affordable in the area. They cannot do any nail designs besides very basic ones. Went to her many years and wasted thousands of dollars, and instead of relaxing at the salon that I PAID my services for, she always made my experience stressful and horrible. She also talks bad about her employees and calls them greedy to other employees in English geniusly, even though she probably under pays them. Found another Vietnamese salon near us, and they’re so nice and affordable. Fun fact is the employees who work at the new salon are her ex employees who seem so much happier there and even remember me as an old customer at Bruno’s!
Recommended by a friend. Excellent place! Very friendly people there! Danny did my nails yesterday, best acrylics I’ve ever had!!! He was super kind and did very nice work. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Would highly recommend anyone coming here!
I'm there every two weeks and have no complaints. They are very clean and do an amazing job. Anna does my nails and they are absolutely PERFECT, I love them every time. Anna also does my spa Pedicure once a month as well as my husbands and we LOVE her. She is great and really makes us feel SO RELAXED. Won't go anywhere else.
They do such a wonderful job with nails. They are extremely talented artists. Everyone in there is wonderful.
Absolutely loved this place and I plan on coming back. Got a mani pedi with my mom and will for sure will be returning. Staff was so friendly and everything was fantastic post covid.
I’m a regular at this place.. I left my wallet there last night and I have camera footage from my dash cam that I didn’t come out with it and they’re telling me they don’t have it. Well you might feel like you got free money but you lost 100 at least every two weeks. Will not be returning. I’m a hairstylist and when my clients leave stuff behind I would never think about taking anything.
This is my go to place. Amazing customer service in addition to their skill with always getting my nails done RIGHT. A+
Love Mr. Bruno’s! Anna and Steven and everyone are great nail techs. I have been going since I got married in ‘14 and have been going since. Anna does great gel manicures. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. Gina, hair stylist, is great a well! She’s my hair go to girl!
