If I could give 0 I would. Nail tech left my real nails exposed and they are extremely uneven. I went to get a pedicure and I put my feet in the water for LITERALLY less then a mintue and the nail tech started putting acrylic on my nails without even cleaning them. I will NEVER be back.
Hands down the worse pedicure in the metro area. Sloppy polish job unfinished Shellac top coat. Looks like a kid did it. Gas is too high to have to go back to get it fixed. TERRIBLE WORK!!!
The person doing my nails cut my cuticles and FOUR of my fingers were left bleeding. They're raw, they sting and that's just not supposed to happen. RIDICULOUS!!
It was my 1st visit here. Came in around 3pm on a Saturday, and although they seemed a little busy, I only had to wait 5 minutes. My tech was John he did both my mani & pedi, not too much chit chatting????????I was pleased with my nails and the prices were reasonable. Next time I'll take pictures.
Horrible and filthy place. Waited 1.5 hrs when I was told just 30 mins. I wasted my time, I should of used my 1st instinct opinion when I noticed the dirty EVERYTHING in this place! guy that was cutting nails the bits were flying all over. Yukkk ???? I'm glad I didn't waste my money here
Terrible service!
It’s extremely dirty, waste of money, rude workers and they did a terrible job! Mynails are shaped horribly and I’m going tomorrow to another salon to get them redone! Someone I know got a fungus infection from here because they don’t use a liner in they’re pedicure sinks.. save your self $700 from needing a foot dr and expensive treatment and go elsewhere!
Edit: forgot to add that my mail technician was watching a video on her phone while she was doing my nails definitely a crazy place!!!
Amy does great nails! She did my daughter nails for homecoming and she loves them. No wait. Walked in and sat right now to be serviced. Will be returning.
I got my nails done a week ago with a full set/ dip powder and less than a week later almost all my nails are off.
I got this done before I went out of town and I am extremely upset, because now I’m spending my vacation at the nails salon redoing all my nails
I called them up to complain about their terrible service and they told me they can’t do anything about it.
I would never recommend using this place.
