I been coming to this place for 2 years. However, Friday March 3rd was my LAST DAY! I loved my nails by Vi, and I used to see nana before she left! However, my experience this past weekend was crazy! I got a pedicure and the pedicure wasn’t even done right! I should’ve stopped the nail tech cause clearly he didn’t know what he was doing. But I told myself as long as he polishes my toes good I don’t care. HE COULDNT EVEN DO THAT! I kept telling him I didn’t like my toes and he kept suggesting that it was the acrylic I had on my toes so I asked him to take it off and when he did he still painted my toes with thick layers of polish and my natural toe nail wasn’t even thin! I left and I was so embarrassed to show my feet. It was so thick it started to peel! I went back the next morning to get it fixed and they fixed it but they acted like they didn’t want to fix it. Also the old man with the glasses who originally did my nails started speaking in their language and laughing. Not knowing I had on my translator when he was speaking in his language so I know he was talking about my feet! which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and even more uncomfortable that the owner would allow her employees to act like this. IF YOU'RE A BLACK WOMAN DONT SUPPORT THIS SALON!
Came today on my birthday as I used to come here previously when Annie was here. I was greeted by a nice man very quickly and seemed hopefully...then I was seated with Tina to start pedicure and to do a gel polish. There was a verbal argument between a male Staff and a customer, killed the vibe.
When I walked to table 7 to get my gel polish, the place is a mess. I should have realized that after the make Staff did half the women's nails he stormed to the back and never cleaned the station, but then took someone else. In the pics you see the dirty floors, clipped false nails... I came at 1:30pm on a Tuesday, it was not busy and no one waited. Do they ever clean?
I wanted to get some stones on 2 nails, but Tina did not seem to know how and was asking for Nana to help (she is another tech). I declined cause at this point I'm disgusted (and those 2 nails were gonna be an additional $16).
Alex is my technician. He is really good. I always call ahead for an appointment. They can get pretty busy on the weekends.
A hidden gem. The end product is outstanding!!!!. Rated 4 stars only because I'd like to see the salon upgraded and more modern.
The staff is friendly but that’s about all this place has to offer. I requested a full set. Short nails with a coffin shape. Simple enough right? Well the woman who did my nails now has me questioning wether she should have a license.
Firstly she didn’t fill the acrylic on my whole nail. There was ample space left on both SIDES of my nail. My nails are THICK and UNEVEN as well. Both of my pinkies are different lengths. NEVER COMING BACK.
Hello Hunny Bees!!! ???????????????? It's your girl Hunny again giving a review of another local small business. As you know I do hair and I don't get to pamper myself often. Today I decided to pamper myself with a pedicure and a dipping powder overlay or full set. My toes and finger nails were ate up!! ???????? don't judge me. I was referred by a client to Miracle Nails and told to ask for NaNa. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very loud person who immediately told me they were about to leave and said they don't do dipping powder or feet. I was then given to someone named Alex who was nice and professional. Alex then gave me to Andy.
Now Check out the Buzz!! Andy redeemed the first impression. He asked me what type of pedicure I wanted I picked the Strawberry ???? and Lemon ???? spa $55. He then asked if I wanted anything to drink offering whine red or white and other refreshments. I opted for water. He then proceeded with the most careful, attentive pedicure!! Andy gave me three great massages I mean the kind I moaned out loud and Thanked God for!! My feet was so swollen from working all weekend and it was like he read my mind. He even massaged my toes yall!! One by one!! Needless to say I gave him a tip to match the service!!
The individual that was leaving and don't do feet or dipping powder, used ALOT of profanity and even had a friend visit while she was working who also used offensive language in front customer (Clutch Hunny Wand) , she never left and took another customer but not before offering to do my nails once she saw how happy I was with Andy. It was too late that energy is not what I needed after a much needed pamper day. Moreover, I love the Vietnamese Culture and women ???????? When I walk into an Asian Salon I want to feel like I am in Asia with professional care and culture and not to be greeted as if I walked into ShanayNay ShoNuff Saloon. I will be back and Recommend Andy!!

Chile where was Alex when I needed him. I got my nails done by another young men and he butchered them. The paint was blotchy and my nails fell off 6 days later. $65 wasted, we’re gonna try this again and hopefully this goes well. I don’t want any inexperienced nail techs
I went for a color change, that's it. Wrote color change and my name on the roster at the desk. Asked how long the wait will be, she said 15mins, ok. Ten mins in she preps me for a pedicure. I tell her excuse me I wanted a color change and even wrote it down. She then sits me back down and walks off. Comes back another 10 Mins later and said a color change on ur nails will be 30 more mins. Smdh! They need to get it together. What a waist of my time,I'm not trying to wait 50 Mins plus for a color change.
