What a pleasant find this place was. A jem in the rough for sure. We were traveling through, I had to pee, and my husband was hungry, so I picked the next place up the road, and it just happened to be Mingo's. I ordered the Zucchini planks for an appetizer, and I swear I got the whole Zucchini !! Definitely enough for two. Cooked to golden perfection, served with parmesean cheese. Delicious. My husband ordered one of the specials. A chicken bacon ranch hoagie. Omgoodness. It and the fries made up a huge portion of what my husband said was pure delight. He only managed to eat half, but he wasn't willing to leave the other half behind, so that says something for him. I got the fish nugget meal, and again, I ate half and took half home. I am super picky about my coleslaw, and I swear I could have eaten just that it was so good !! Crisp and saucy, just like Mama made !!! The gentleman who waited on us, maybe the owner, but if not, certainly a man who takes pride in his job/establishment was great. Overall, I recommend this place 100%. Do not let the sketch/industrial area keep you from stopping in. It's clean, spacious, and delightful. You will NOT be disappointed.
Excellent! The food was great. Hot. Delicious. Large portions. I'm glad we stopped to try it out. The place has a great atmosphere, too. Definitely a place we'll return.

Great food and excellent service. Hands down the best steak and Philly cheese steak we've had in years! Coleslaw by itself is worth the trip.
Haven't been here in years and have to say I was extremely empressed. If you go away from here hungry then you didn't eat. We will return. Just remember to take cash they don't except cards.
Solid diner food and a great price. Had the cheesesteak with fries. Their fries were phenomenal and the cheesesteak was huge.
I had dropped my dog off at the groomer and asked her for a recommendation on where to have lunch. She suggested the Mingo diner and I have to tell you this is a hidden gem. It may possibly have been the best cheeseburger I've ever had. The diner with spotless the husband and wife that own it we're very nice and I will definitely be back again.
Great food, great service, and always a great environment.
