Been going here sporadically off and on for the past 13 years. Service has definitely declined. I took my daughter for the first time and I don't feel like we left with the real spa treatment. They used to invest a lot of time for the pedicures and it was WELL worth the time and money. The massage used to be EVERYTHING, even with the simplest price rate on the list. Now, they don't even do it, as I didn't even see it listed. Anyway, if you just want a basic pedicure, you can go here; it didn't take very long. If you want the spa feeling without all the yapping from the workers, then find a different place.

I have been going here easily for 15 years now. Ambience is not that fancy, however, almost every single last nail technician they have is so thorough that I keep going back!

Although their prices have been slowly rising over the years, their prices are still better than or equal to most places. They get pretty busy towards 5:00 and on the weekends. If you choose to go then, try to make an appointment, and definitely watch your place in line.

A downside would be the steps. There are a lot of steps and they are steep. If you have bad knees it's not going to be easy getting up there.

They are barely mediocre at best. I go here because they are one of the better ones in the area - that I know of. They don’t speak much English and don’t care too. Pedicure services are better than nail services. The cleanliness of the salon (they use paper towels instead of towels), speed, wait time are not on their list of priorities. The price point is quite expensive for the work they do and the shabby building. I have given them a solid six months but I can’t do it anymore. I have had to wait almost two hours for service which is Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. I’m from the south and I’m used to quality service no matter where I go. Do better million nail.

Pros: Pedicure services are great. Best ones I've found in the city so far. Cons: Get a manicure at your own risk. Some of the work I've seen is beautiful, but my experience was awful. Nail tech cut my nail bed so far down, I was bleeding. Sometimes the wait can be ridiculous, so definitely call ahead.

The dark skin woman was very unprofessional specifically asked if she had enough time to do both my feet and nails she rushed me and said yes. When it came time for my nails then tells me she does not have time after starting and then stopping. No apologies were given or explanation. Will never be coming back.
