First time here. Recommended by my stylist because I was having a tough time finding gray pre-stretched hair for my updo and bun. Found the perfect color match to my own hair. The store is huge and has plenty of stock and I'll be going back.

Check your receipt, I purchased 5 packs of crochet hair, 4 were $5.99 and 1 was a different color @6.99. they opted to ring up all 5 at @6.99 when they are clearly marked 5.99 on the pack. I have a 9 am appt. tomorrow And can't take them back. I will make sure I buy my hair early from the African American owned shop in Stockbridge. I am sure it was on purpose as I have had to point out prices before.

BEWARE OF OUT DATED PRDUCTS SOLD AT THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY!!! I went in to purchase a relaxer and discovered their products were out dated. When I asked the older lady about the date she was very rude and pointed her finger in my face as she responded to my question about whether the numbers at the bottom were the expired date. She replied pointing her finger at me "I do not know!" When I begain to complain about how rude she was towards me with her response she said "You makin me sick to look at you, get out of here!" I asked for the manager and she said very rudely "I am the manager!" There was no reason for her rudness. Apparently, she knew the product was out dated and still placed it on her shelf to be sold. She was embarrassed and didn't expect a customer to pay attention to this detail so she tried to retaliate against me with her rude behavior. Also, I discovered that bugs were crawling on some of the hair. I couldn't get a picture of this because she continued to yell at me and asked me to leave as I was trying to get a picture of the bug crawling on the hair in the package. This place needs to be investigated and inspected. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU HAIR TO FALL OUT!

Super unprofessional they mark prices wrong, up-charge then argue with you about it. Shop black owned stop giving these Asians your money. Food , hair stores, gas stations they don’t respect or support us!

I’m a local hairstylist and I purchased a pair a earrings a few days ago along with over $100 worth of supplies per usual. Today I noticed the back of the earrings don’t snap but of course I didn’t realize it until I went to put them on this morning. However, I brought them back in today to exchange and the Asian woman(older woman with bob cut) behind the counter rudely says she needs my receipt. However I told her there return policy written directly in front of the register states I can exchange. It DOES NOT say I need a receipt to exchange. Also, just so you gain more of an understanding they all know me in there including her. I come there several times in one week spending $100’s of dollars and I also would send my clients there. It’s unfortunate because I used to like this store because I felt like they weren’t rude like most. But with time and the busier they get that one woman in particular gets more rude. This isn’t the 1st time but it’s definitely the last! Most often it’s not what you say but they way you say it. You must have respect for ppl and customers who support your business. I won’t shop there anymore!

this is a beauty supply that me and my mom have been going to for YEARS. they have a wide variety of things and they get the job done. it is quite pricey and we are quick to spend over 100 dollars in here but it’s very nice and i love it.
