Es un lugar muy caro diría yo me hice 4 trenza normales con pelo postizo yo fui la que compre el pelo fuera del lugar y me cobraron $60 y el dinero de la propina fue todos $70 dólares. El personal es muy buena gente y me atendieron bien. Espero que este ayude a cualquier cliente nuevo

Es un excelente salon, pero lo mas incomodo es usted ir a un baño donde no halla ni jabon para lavarce las manos menos papel, las mujeres de resecion solo en el celular ???? deberian tener un poco de cuidado con eso, es un salon de mucho prestigio

No son professionales, te dejan d ser el serviso por saludar a otra clienta o pa hablar por cell, or pa comer, si no eres una clienta frecuente te cobran diferente, eh ido varias veses por que en si they know how to do hair, contacte la dueña y le dije que como es que cada ves que boy me cobran diferente por el mismo servisio y cada ves es $15 mas que la ultima,, pero nada siguen estafando a uno

Nadie habla English deverian tener alguien q por lo menos sea bilingual para que entienda a Los cliente que no hablan buen oh no espanol,. Lamentablemente no vuelvo a este salon,

aprendan que a los clientes se le da el mismo trato y el mismo costo por el servisio que no deberia ver preferensia por tu rasa oh por ser clienta frecuente.

my hair turned out good but they burned my scalp ???? most people were just gossiping about other and face timing there whole family but over all it was okay. If u like getting ur ears and scalp burnt pull up besties ????‍♀️

I love this place as it is a one stop shop. They do nails, hair, wax, hair extensions, eyelashes and even have a wall for selfies. ????

This is our first and last time visiting this hispanic business. Unfortunately for them they lost three hispanic customers. The reason for this: The two different nail techs lacked professionalism. They are rude, can't do designs, and don't speak english, but bash you if you don't speak spanish. Constantly stopping to talk, use the phone, and eat all while the customer is already in the seat. Then she could not do the simple design I chose, sent me off to a second tech. Who couldn't or didn't want to do the simple design either, only to do one that is harder. They changed the nail shape without first asking. The gel nails came out horrible!

The only thing that didn't go wrong in this visit is the scheduling of the appt. I hope this review helps someone avoid all the frustration that we went thru for almost 2 hours.
