Max Beauty Supply store was Amazing!! It offered a variety of hair styling products, for all different hair textures. The selections were plentiful, and the prices were very affordable. The location is very clean, organized, and efficient for making choices. What I love about this establishment is there is an assortment of other products that is sold as well. They have clothing, chargers, fire sticks, cellular phones, and some winter items as well. Some of the clothing is plus size, so that is a plus, for myself. The ladies that sometimes work in there is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. But honestly what brings me back is the owner, they are the best!!! Frank & John, are the hardest working men I know!!They are kind, patient, respectable, and make you feel welcomed. Even if you are short some money, they will recover the money next time you come in. They will work with you. This is the best Hair store in Ohio in my opinion! The only objection, I would say is they don't provide snacks:cookie, chips, chocolate , something sweet????My 2 girls get their hair braided often, and when Im browsing the choices, I need snacks for them as well, because they will be sitting for several hours. But overall this is an Excellent Quality hair store, with numerous selections, affordable pricing, great products, and most importantly Amazing Men that oversees this establishment. Everyone that walks into Max Beauty will feel cherished, respected, and welcomed. This have been my experience, judgement, and honest assessment everytime , I have patronize this location.

This beauty supply store is not much different than any other. They have various products for your hair, cosmetics & clothes. The clothing though, wasn't in a wide variety of size ranges.

I use to work here, nice people, very good affordable hair clean neat place lots of choices plenty of products to choose from very very convenient specially if you are in the area! & The prices u can't beat always some kinda of sale & discounts!????

Excellent customer service. Though it's 30 minutes drive from home, will surely go back. It was a pleasure spending money and time with them. Great discounts too.
I called to price old fashioned straightening comb and some guy answered named Donte, who said they sell them but I couldn't get a price over the phone cuz it was a privately owned store not Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I asked was it against the law and he hung up. I never had a problem before and I'm very disappointed. But definitely will try to let the owner or manager know how terrible my customer service was...
