It was OK. I called in here on the way home for a last pint before I fell through the doors. Yeah, easy access, plenty of seats and it was reasonable. I Did feel a little old, though...

Like stepping back to a former age. No frills - just great LIVE music, an all age audience that appreciates it and a no nonsence entry donation.

Really nice friendly vibe right in the centre of Macclesfield.

Its quirky layout with a number of rooms on different levels allows for great socializing and because it is on a pedestrianised street the clientele can be found outside on the street and in the covered smoking area as well.

I've been numerous times to Mash and the bands and acts I've seen have all been good and enjoyed by the many attending.

The bar area can be crowded at times and the stairs are sometimes deadly to those under the influence but it's always a good location for whatever type of event you're attending.

MASH is very much an LGBTQ+ friendly venue and this is one of the reasons it's one of the best places to go in Macclesfield.
