A quaint little beach nestled in northern part of the downtown district. It has swings, slides, picnic tables.
I've been to bigger beaches and beaches with better accomodations, however; on a 94 degree day, this beach did just fine in cooling me down.
It seems like 100's of other people had the same idea that day. The beach was packed. Nary a piece of sand to sun bath on. There were Old ones, Hot Ones, Fat ones, Skinny ones. Spill the Wine, Get that Girl..........
Beautiful place to sit and watch the ships go by. Pavillion offers shade and somewhere to relax.
