This place was the worst ever I just got them done two days ago. It looks like they need to fill already. The nails are all uneven they go to a point on the left side like this is the worst job I’ve ever had on my nails. They also didn’t even clean underneath my nails. They’re still paint on another side So if you were nice nails, I would definitely not go here. If I could give them no rating I would do that. Very disappointing.
I went in for a acrylic removal. What happened next was horrific I’ll just let the pictures speak for itself. Will never go there again and will absolutely tell others to not waste their money there. This was the laziest service I’ve ever had hands-down. I’ve never had my nails removed the way they were doing it. When I told him not to remove it with another acrylic nail by just ripping them off. He said it was the easiest way even though it was hurting me and super uncomfortable. After three nails of him removing it in that process I told him to stop and that I wanted them soaked off. He then told me it was going to take an hour and poured a bowl of acetone for me to soak my entire hands in. This service was trash straight up while I sat there breathing in the fumes he then proceeded to go and sit on the couch. After sitting there for 10 min I got up and explained it was lazy and unprofessional. If I could do a 0 star I would!
Great Experience Today! I just moved to the Fort Myers area and needed to find a nail salon. I walked into Majestic Nails Salon, which did have a 30min wait which was fine as a walk-in on a Saturday! Ran some errands and they promptly sat my husband and I upon our return, 30 min later just like they promised. I was assigned Linda and she went above and beyond to do exactly what I asked for. I needed a fill-in and I wanted to change my nail shape as well as do ombré nail! I showed her a pic and I didn’t need to say anymore - She new exactly what to do! She was very professional, nice, explained everything she was doing, and gave me the most beautiful nails! I have to do a video shoot on Monday and I feel so confident thanks to Linda! I will absolutely be a returning customer and will plan to make appointments with Linda EVERYTIME! Thanks Linda and Majestic Nails for taking great care of me! Lisa
It was garbage. I went in for a pedicure and was charged $45 because of gel, I didn’t get a massage or the treatment that was stated and she rushed through the whole process and cut two of my toes. I’m 32 weeks pregnant with swollen feet and ankles and she just painted my toes. I stopped going there and went back to give it another try and was proven why I stopped going. HORRIBLE
I went to get my nails done yesterday and I wanted a fill and a pedicure. My pedicure went perfectly and I loved my service. However when it came to my nails the gentleman doing them was very kind but had to remove my previous nails which was no fault of his own as the previous person who did them made a mistake. When he did my nails he had to remove my previous nails and then after attempting to give me the nails I wanted several times he was unable to do it. I asked if someone else was able to provide this service or if I should choose a different design and he assured me another person and the salon would be able to provide the service. I was there a total of 4 and a 1/2 hours which the majority of that time was spent waiting for someone to provide my service. When the woman finally came to do my nails she was very aggressive and seemed not happy about having to do them. She ended up actually lifting my skin on one of my nails trying to separate the glue that had been pressed on to my skin and nail. I told her it hurt and she ignored what I said she then proceeded to do my nails nothing like the photo and just didn't say anything she barely talked to me the entire time period I have a lot of anxiety and I was ready to get out of there so I let her finish. She she drew a design on my nails it was that was not anything like what I wanted. After she did my nails she asked me if I was happy and I kind of just made a face I didn't know what to say she turned away from me very quickly and walked away. I went up to the front to pay and they let me know that my nails would be a $100. I was an absolute shock a $100 for something I believe an 8 year old could have painted on my nails. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment and unfortunately for people like me with anxiety it's hard for us to speak up when things are incorrect. I still paid and provided a tip Although I know I shouldn't of. My nails are embarrassing and I do not have the money to get them fixed however I would rather walk around for a couple weeks with bad nails until I get paid then return to there where I felt very unheard and unseen and uncomfortable.

The best place for a mani pedi in the city! What a wonderful experience. Covid safe, clean and updated. This is my place from today forward. Thank you for a great experience today!
Believe the negative reviews you read on here. I visited this place 2 weeks ago and first off it was totally uninviting. After waiting a few minutes for the lady in front to look up and acknowledge me and my assistant in a wheelchair ,I told her I needed a full set along with a pedicure. She gave me to a man who when I went to his station told me he couldn't do my nails because of the wheelchair. I had to laugh and leave this place. I have been in a wheelchair for years and have had my hands and feet done at several establishments and never before have I received such rude treatment from the beginning. I just moved to the Forum and was the only reason why I went to this place. I made sure when I went back to my community I made a note on my community board the treatment I received at this place and for the residents not to patronize this place. Go somewhere else and spend your money. Horrid!
I went in today to get acrylics and pedicure, I told the woman regular polish. Twice. She cut my hand and there’s glue all over my hands. I asked her to get the acrylic out from under my nails and she said “okay” and then filed the top of my nails. She refused to actually listen to me. Then as I was leaving, I’m charged $83 and I asked him why and he said “you got gel nails” and I said “I told her twice, regular polish” and she shrugged and said “oh I guess miscommunication” are you serious? Never coming here again. Then when I told them that I shouldn’t be charged for gel, they wanted to take them completely off and redo it.
