I never leave a negative review but this was one of the worst experiences. I have been to this locations many times and normally have the one person do my manicure and pedicures. This time I thought I would treat my girls to a spa day. I get there after I called and set the appointment so they were already expecting us. There was a Hispanic woman who was preparing the chair to do my pedicure. I looked over and saw that the person who usually does my nails was almost done with another client….so I asked the owner who was also doing someone else’s nails whether the usual person would have availability soon. The owner said not until later and I said ok and prepared to sit with the Hispanic woman. She became so angry that I had asked about the original nail tech that she refused to do my nails and walked away from me and the owner even as we called her to return. It was embarrassing to say the least, as I was very professional, I didn’t have any problem with her doing my nails if she was the only one available. My girls were embarrassed and it was simply poor customer service. Again I had been there multiple times and never had a bad experience. But because of that horrible experience or bad customer service, I’ll never go back again. I never leave a review, but I would hate for anyone to experience this treatment.

My review is a little delayed but these ladies are wonderful. I was in a desperate need to get my nails redone. I waited so long and they were in bad shape, I googled for a salon close to my location at that very moment to find Mai Fresh Nails. I walked in and they were able to squeeze me in and fixed my nails perfectly! This is my go to salon now! It’s been almost 4 weeks and my nails are still in great shape and they were so accommodating! I highly recommend!!

The service is wonderful, Mimi has been doing my nails for a while and the service is the best, I would recommend anyone to come and have their nails done. All the ladies are very friendly and helpful You will not be disappointed

First and last time, I got a fill in and French tips and they are uneven, bubbly and you can see the part where my nails before are. They weren't the shape I asked for and I told her and she didn't care. They look awful. I brought my niece to get hers painted for her 10th birthday and her tech was mean to her.

This was my second time going to get a manicure here, they are always accommodating and squeeze me in the same day. They are really kind and friendly, this will be my go to place. They also do great eyebrows!

To begin with this was my first time in this place. I went to get the gel nails . I like the fact that empty (with only 3 people) on a Sunday evening. At this moment with the pandemic going on you have to call to set an appointment. So there is not walk in anymore. I am very happy with the result of my manicure . I got done my nails a week ago and there’re still in good conditions. (I’m very rough with them, washing dishes etc) I have to say the price is reasonable.

Great location, always feel welcomed when I come, very clean establishment love it best place, I come twenty five min away to come worth it.

The side of the nails are not properly done and the gel is just so poorly applied. The acrylic on the nails are lumpy as you can see. I even had to tell the nail tech to apply more gel since it was so sheer and pitted
