$53 for what I got vs what I wanted. The mushrooms are quickly air brushed on. The black is thicker than expected and the lines are not clean. The paint isn’t evenly layered on and you can see through even the black in large areas. The guy who serviced me hardly spoke to me and seemed to be in a bad mood the whole time.
I wanted totally different set of nails and this is what I got. I wanted something longer than what I got and the shape is not what I wanted either. Wont even be a full 24 hours and these will be off of my nails. I went in for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. Asked to speak to a manager and they continued to sit down and yell across the room and wouldn’t even get up to speak to me. Never will be coming back to magic again. I would give this a zero but I can’t so I give it a 1.
The older man did my nails two days ago. Do these look like I got them done two days ago? The color he did before was a light orange and I had to tell him how bad they looked. I then get rushed to chose a different color. The paint job is bad, it’s catching on my hair already and just an overall bad job. There’s lumps and dry cuticles. TWO DAYS!? I drove an hour and a half to pay for bad service and horrid nails. I will not be returning.
Very rude , tried to do a walk in , was told they had no time for us. There’s no sign say by appointment only. Usually come here but I guess it’s changed a bit. Definitely won’t be coming back.
My go to for mani and pedis. Always great service, great price; and awesome people.
They had a cancelation so they got us in the same day.
I had my nails done overseas. They used a thick liquid gel so that my natural nail would not be destroyed. I tried to explain to them what was on my nails and they just yelled and told me it was acrylic. But they don’t use acrylic nails at the place I have been going to. They refused to hear me out and made a scene. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I called and they were able to get me in within an hour or so despite being busy. I also didn’t have much time and he was able to do a fill in exactly 30 minutes. Not to mention they look amazing. I will definitely be going back!
Edit: I wrote this review 9 months ago and I’ve still been going regularly. This is by far my favorite nail place in town!
