Went and got my eyebrows done, fabulous job on that. Decided to get a manicure while I was there. (this gal wasnt the one who did my eyebrows) She was DIGGING into my fingers super hard. After she cut my thumb enough to bleed she proceeded to put some blue liquid to stop the bleeding which burned like hell. Fast forward a couple days and my ring finger on my right hand is infected from her digging into the skin and ripping it off, i removed the nail polish in hopes it would relieve the pain but it hasnt. I've gone here a bunch over the last 5 or 6 years and the service just keeps going downhill. I'm honestly scared I'm going to go to the doctor because of this finger. Obviously will not be going back to this place.
I spents $65, to get the ugliest nail job, done here at Magic Nails, by a guy that was working there. The next day I went back to see if they can make my nails look better. One of the lady came and ask my what the problem was. I explained to her that I want my nails to look pretty and she look at my nails and said that she don't understand English. She was speaking English, fine, when we was talking, until she saw my ugly nails. Magic Nails will not fix their problems, so I went to Nail Zone, to get it fix. There's a before and after pics. Come to find out that the nail power that Magic Nails put on my nails is easily fungus friendly. I don't mine spending money but when you dont care about the customer health, that's a big no no, for me. Magic Nails just lost a customer, forever.
Awesome staff, always friendly! Obviously not by any means are they designers but they get the job done for a good price. The pedicures are also my favorite part 10/10 !
My shop does it all! I love my nails, and it's where me and my mom used to go, so brings me good memories when I am there.
First and last time that I go to this place, my nails looked terrible and badly done, it was a man, I don't know why he works doing nails if he doesn't even know how to treat his clients, my experience was unpleasant!!!
I went to this place about 3 weeks ago in search for a new nail place. I got the dipping powder done by the guy in the front. Overall the first time my nails were decent. There were minor areas of concern, however I am not that picky. They lasted long so I looked forward to going back and asked specifically for him cause he did great my first time. I did and got the dipping powder with an ombre look. When finished my nails looked horrible. I pointed it out and he ignored. I left thinking I could over look it but I couldn't. I went to another nail salon and them look. They even said it was no good. I went back to show him and ask him to fix and make sure they were coffin shaped...he filed them. I left again...and could not get over how lumpy and uneven my nails were. So I called and asked if I could get them all redone or my money back. He said come back Monday but why?! I said I am not happy and would like my money back. He said "fine I will cut them off foe you" I go back and he says the nail clipper on the table. The lady in his chair even looked shocked at his action. He ask me to sit and as cutting off my nails he is telling me that you can't shape dipping powder nails. He asked for my card to do the refund. When I got to the counter he tells me that whatever I go it will look the same. I said so why offer it if each time it will come out lumpy? It wasn't like that last time. He gave me my receipts and told me I can leave. The lady in his chair came to the counter and said h pnails....that HE just did had so many problems....wow I am glad I am not the only one. How you mad because you delivered poor service. I will not be going back and this is the first time in my life that I have ever gave a bad review or asked a nail salon for a refund. I got a place that did an amazing job to make up for the bs I experienced. Piece of advice don't go here and you do, don't get the guy!
The first time I came here to get nails for my wedding.. I went back for my fill and I was letting the guy know that 2 of my nails felt like they where going to pop off, which usually in the past m, the nails tech. would’ve clipped it back and then apply new acrylic. But he kept telling me they where fine and not lifting.
I decided to get them removed instead of a 2nd fill, and come to find out, they in fact where lifting and also had trapped moisture underneath them and started to grow fungus. I knew they where my feeling right and I regret going to these people. I honestly think they need to redo their schooling for doing nails professionally. This place doesn’t know what they are doing. I have pictures. It’s bad!!
I have been going here faithfully for 6 months and I I have no complaints!
