10/10 recommend I bleached and colored my hair for the first time and all the stylists were very kind and patient when working with me. The ambiance was really nice and clean with fair pricing. Would def come back. Thank you so much !!!

This job was done very poorly. The woman's hairdresser was in a big hurry. He wasted 10 minutes. I do not recommend this beauty salon. If you need quality, it is better to use another beauty salon. Hispanic masters and Russian masters work much better, their qualifications are at the highest level.

Leaving a review on behalf of my friend. She came to get a peekaboo hairstyle last week. Not sure of the name of the lady who did her hair but she has like a pixie cut. Anyways, my friend wanted a purple color but it turned out more grey than purple. And they bleached her hair 3 times. THREE??? There was no need for that. At the end, her hair was so damaged and dry so they offered to do a treatment. (she still had to pay about $300 for the color though) She came yesterday for the treatment, had to pay around $90 for it still. I mean, shouldn’t it be free because you guys offered to fix it? WORST OF ALL is how they gossiped about her, thinking she doesn’t understand Chinese. As the guy was washing her hair, he made fun of the way she was lying down, saying how she looks like a corpse??? This place looks beautiful from the outside but nope. I’ve been here a few times myself and the only reason why I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is for Ada. She does a good job cutting my hair. My friend will NOT be coming back. Super unprofessional! I don’t understand why the short hair lady on the left side, near the receptionist desk, is still working here. 90% of the negative reviews for this place is connected to her…

i asked for layers and little bit of bangs and they gave me so much bangs and way too much i also asked for it to be longer than my eyes/nose and they did it to my forehead. wouldnt recommend going here honestly. first time here will be my last, did i also mention they gave me a wolfcut instead of what i actually wanted. so disappointed heard from so much people this was the right place for me to cut my hair

Walked in for a spontaneous haircut, friendly greeting by the front desk. Directed to closet to hang jackets in all the way inside before going to available person.

Aiden was free and took me to his seat. He was superb - understood what I wanted and was extremely detailed during and post with the hair rinse plus styling. Pleasant experience all around, no difficulties communicating, definitely recommend Made the Cut and Aiden to handle your ask.

I showed the guy a video of light curtain bangs, was very specific about what I asked. Guy kept saying he knew what he wanted and ended up giving me too much bangs. In the video, the bangs were below the eyebrows and he ended up cutting to the middle of my forehead. Not only that but the bangs were extremely uneven. Not only was it not what I wanted but it was done horribly. Went home after and my whole family was laughing at me at how terrible it was. Will definitely be taking my service elsewhere.

I’m a client of this salon at the time of opening. And I already live in another area of Brooklyn and come here. Thanks for the high service. I love hair washing with massage. It lasts up to 20-30 minutes. Try it for sure. Massaged not only the head but also the neck, back. Which master I didn’t turn to was always the perfect service. You just look at the photo

went to this place to dye and cut my hair because it was relatively close to where i lived but when i came into the store people there were rude, didn’t exactly help me out until 45 minutes later. when i was settled down i told them i wanted to cut exactly two inches off my hair but the lady who did my hair (short purplish hair) cut off five inches and worst part is i wanted to dye my hair a red color but somehow they made it brown ???? also the person that washed my hair kept yanking my hair and making sounds of annoyance…. workers are rude (except the guy with the glasses and the lady receptionist) and they take super long to even get your hair done. never coming back again the unprofessionalism is crazy!!!!!!!

Today
