I tried taking my young daughter to get her nails painted. There was one customer and 2 employees (that I saw) and the female employee said “idk I might have appointments “. I said ok we can wait or Is anyone else available? She said I don’t think she’s going to sit still . I said she’s done this many times and does just fine. The the employee just sat there no longer acknowledging me. So we left after a few minutes of being ignored. It was just really rude.
Vi did such an amazing job on my nails! She was so sweet and kind!
Everytime I come in I'm greeted by the staff, and it's a friendly professional environment. I have never had a bad experience.

I had a bad experience here in the past, but after 5 years, decided to give them another chance. MISTAKE! I went for a mani Pedi. I was charged $80 to sit in the chair with my feet in water, and them to literally, only, paint my nails. The entire experience took around 40 minutes. They sloppily hurried through both the manicure, and pedicure. Overpriced, and sloppy is my general review. I gave them a second chance, there won't be a third.
Zero Stars! 1:30 in the afternoon, my Sister and I for mani-pedi’s, the lady working said no time for you and turned away our business! Said she had appointment so No! Apparently based on the reviews this is a constant for them! Will NEVER try again!!!
