I went to this nail salon because I was in a hurry. This is the second and the last time I went to this place. First of, they never have availability. I’m not sure if they’re short on staff or what’s the reason. They do have a very friendly attitude towards each other and the regular customers. The ladies who did my manicure and pedicure did not say a word to me. The lady who did the pedicure was very robot-like and almost rough with my pedicure. The regular manicure looks horrible. The surface of my nails are overly filed down. The color (unknown brand) and top coat is extremely thick. Literally, was not dry 3 hours later. I came home and redid my nails.
Walked in on Tuesday July 09, 2019 to get a dip color done for the first time. (It was highly recommend by a girlfriend of mine.)
Today is Friday July 12, 2019 and my nails look horrible and cheap.
I had very thin nails to begin with that were uneven so they suggested I add a tip to the nails. I figured it was only going to be 3 fingers but she went ahead and did all 10 for an additional cost of course.
Now, I'm aware the process is longer since the woman doing my nails literally dipped one finger at a time but it truly felt like forever. I had to let her know to make my nails even a couple times. When I got home I had to file 2 nails down since they were way too sharp and uneven. For the price I paid I really wanted them to be better. I really wish I could go back and have them fix it but I have a feeling they'll charge me for it!
Very nice and pretty good prices. They literally have every color nail art available. Below are some examples of what they did for me.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The lady answering phones and assisting when clients arrive should not be allowed to interact with the public or customers. My family has never experienced such rudeness. Appointments were made in advance for 4 family members, upon arrival the rude girl up front said only 3 were scheduled, so one person was not going to receive services... which was disappointing. When the lady finally said they would do a pedicure for the one who was waiting, my sister said no ill just sit here and wait. The lady proceeded to say in the rudest way, you might as well get them done since you'll just be sitting here anyway ... that's after saying they only had 3 appts scheduled and treating everyone so terrible. These appts were made to have a relaxing day before my nieces graduation...this lady's teatment of customers is awful...I reached out directly to the owner who said he would get back with me by the end of the day regarding this situation. Never heard back from him. Shame on him for allowing his staff to treat clients this way and for not at least calling back to make the situation right. Paid a good amount of money for the services that were rendered, but to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. Staff if definitely not welcoming WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN!
Leon and long are amazing nail shapers && long is very funny. I had gotten a fill and the next day my nail had broke so I went in again to get it fixed and long fixed it.
Omg I would come back here just because how welcoming they were and my ombré nails came out so great and I was in and out like 30. ???? beautiful service even beautiful ppl

Every time I have gone here they have always been really nice and have always done an amazing job on my nails, David is my go to, but they all do a pretty good job, especially him. I have been getting my nails done by them since they opened. I also get my brows done here, and they do a good job. I have gone other places with friends to get my nails done and have actually had to go back to David to have him fix the bad job other nail salons have done, I would recommend them in a heart beat, the are located right by the freeway, and next to a Starbucks.
