I have been a customer for a long time and have always loved my experience and results. The owner and nail technicians work hard and efficiently to provide the best service. I saw some bad reviews about the service and I have to disagree. After more than a year, I will continue to go back and get my nails done here. It’s always clean, they treat me well and I have beautiful nails that last me 3 weeks (I get gel). I recommend people to come here.
I read the previous reviews this place has received and I have to disagree. I’ve been a client for over 1 year and they’ve always kept a consistent quality. My gel nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more. I’m a picky customer and I’ve never left their salon disappointed or unsatisfied. The place has always been clean and organized. I’ve been to other salons where they refill OPI and DND nail polish bottles with cheaper and of lesser quality nail polish - that’s has never been the case here. You can always pick your color from the color palette and it’s exactly the same.
Maybe this is not the place if you want to become best friends with your nail technician because they are all very serious and quiet, but they’re professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I’ve mostly done my nails with Kim (my favorite), but Kat, Spider and Nina have done my nails too and they’re just as great.
The place is always busy, which is a sign that proves that they’re very good at what they do. They always try to accommodate for walk-ins.
I just find very unfair that people only write reviews to complain but never to recognize a good service.
Being blunt and serious, doesn’t mean you’re rude. Nobody shouldn’t expect them to be subservient just because they offer a service.
They are so Rude and Unprofessional!
If you try to put a word in, or ask for something, they look at you hard, they all take turns in groups prancing around you talking loud in their own language, and laugh in your face! It is such an awful, stressful and tense experience, it’s like if they were doing you a big favor with a bad attitude, not like You Are the Paying Customer.This is Not a nail “spa” in any sense of the word! And their gel manicures don’t last!
I have been a customer because it’s locally convenient, But No more!! I will not spend another penny to be treated with such Disrespect!!!
Don't go to this place. The attention is terrible. The manger is rude offensive. I asked her to let me try the color on my nail and she yelled at me and offended me in front of all the people. They damaged the nail on my foot, they stuck a bloody pedicure tool into my one and it made a hole in my nail. In addition, the materials they use are of poor quality, they do not last at all, the next day they already rose. Run away from this place
Customer ..please save your time for not doing your nails here. The employees are very rude the lady who did my nails cut me and didn't even say that she was sorry. It look like she was in a hurry to do another client. Then they Kept me waiting to do my toes.
Because I just wanted a change of Polish. I finally had to leave and go somewhere else.
They give you an attitude and they give you a bad look and talk behind your back with there language.
I would never come to this place again. Even if I'm desperate to do my nails I would never recommend them.

They were gentle with my nails and did them exactly how I wanted very nice people in total it was $70 because I added many things but I’m in love for sure coming again
The service is terrible! The lady didn't even greet me. The nail filling was uneven and as much as I tried to explain it to her, she continued doing the same. The color used for my toes did not match the olor of the deep. They aregued that it never matches. Then that is something they should advertise everywhere. Additionally, there are no towels nor paper towels to dry your hands with, after the wash. Terrible service! :(
