Anna did my nails. I asked for a gel manicure with matte coating and its exactly how I like them. She is a sweet lady who pays attention to detail. I will come back again :)

Just moved to Escondido and felt the need to post after my horrible experience at Luxury Nails yesterday. I went in to get a basic pedicure and eyebrow/lip wax for my birthday. Not only did they insist on doing my brows while I was sitting doing my pedicure, but I'm not exaggerating when I say she waxed more than half of my existing brows off after I was very clear about only wanting them cleaned up. On top of that, they are ridiculously uneven and I had a ton of scattered hairs left over that I had to try and fix at home. I spent literally years growing my brows out to be full and thick and now, on my 30th birthday, I look like a clown. Literally in tears and planning on paying $500 plus to get microblading done for the first time to feel normal again. If the brows weren't bad enough, the girl doing my pedicure told me to wait 5 min afterwards to leave. She disappears, I waited 15 and reverted to putting my sandals on without help and smudged both my big toes in the process with nobody around to fix them. Extremely upsetting experience and definitely DO NOT recommend.

Ann did my nails and she did such a great job. She helped me figure out what kind of nail I should do based off the picture I showed her, and she made them look so natural. And it was quick too, I'd absolutely recommend coming here:)

Went today for first time. Haven't had my toes done in 2 months since moving here. Ann was fantastic, did a great job and her foot/leg massage was AMAZING! So relaxing!!

Cuong is my nail artist. Always does a great job. Knows what I like.... Nancy does awesome pedicures.
