Love this place very much! Everyone is so nice it’s clean and quiet in there. I’ve always come out with amazing results. Had my first pedicure there today and the woman who did it was so amazing she did the best job and it was the best afternoon ever! I wish I got her name for next time. Love love.
I hope they improve the way they resolve their customers' concerns if they are not satisfied with a service. The young lady
sitting in the pic paid $45. for a pedicure
but at the counter, said she could feel there was still dead skin under her feet & very
politely asked if the man or whoever was available could take it off. One employee kept telling her the guy who did it could put oil on the bottom of her feet as she said the dead skin was there because she had a previous build up of dead skin that would take another pedi to take it off. The young woman was finally told someone would take care of her when they were available so she ended up sitting there almost 30 minutes
before getting her dead skin addressed. I think they can do better in this area.
Other than that, they ( especially Lynne)
do a nice job but charge a fee if you pay with a debit (or credit??) card.
I would say that my nails needed some attention, which led me to stumble upon this gem in Dyer. I’m really glad I did!
My girlfriend and I both came in here to get a manicure and pedicure. We were seated in the pedicure station first. I was given a menu and went with the Spa Pedicure to be safe. I didn’t want to get anything fancy and then have it rushed through. I’m glad this wasn’t the case. The chair I sat in was a massage chair. I turned it on to give it a feel. It was pretty cool, but I quickly turned it off due to the vibration it caused. I didn’t want to interrupt or disturb my nail technician. She paid close attention to detail and took her time with my pedicure. The application of my clear coat was great. The pedicure was relaxing from start to finish.
After my pedicure was complete, I was guided over to booth 4 to get my Manicure. I figured the pedicure was great, but the manicure might be shorter. It’s crazy how long my manicure lasted! I guess I was just confused to actually receive an overall relaxing visit. My cuticles weren’t exactly in the best shape, but after the technician was finished, they were close to perfect.
My nail technician, Julie, was fantastic! Her attention to every detail and patience displayed brightly! She was very friendly and communicative. I couldn’t really ask for a better technician! I will definitely call ahead of time to specifically request Julie!
Overall, this was both a relaxing and calm nail place. The interior had updated features and provided for a nice setting. Their prices were fair and the quality I received was beyond fair. I will most likely be coming here once a month!

I've been looking for a nail place for quite some time now since moving to the area & Luxury Nail was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was able to just walk in & they were very accommodating. I got a no chip mani & regular pedi. They have a huge selection of colors. Their pricing was average. My nail tech was Lynn. She was very nice & attentive to what I asked for. This is after a couple days & I'm constantly washing my hands after having a baby.

Worst nails I have ever got. Very poor job on a basic chrome acrylic fill in. Bubbles, patchiness, and thickness on all my nails. I made it clear I was unsatisfied and still had to pay $50. Nothing luxury about this place.
I walked in at 3pm on a Sunday when they close at 4, I felt terrible as I know how that feels to have last minute customers walk in when you're ready to go home. But Anna ( I think that was her name ), gladly took really good care of me. She paid attention to her work, took her time & set me up with exactly what I wanted. & To boot, she was fast & still did an awesome job!! Thank you, Anna!! I will surely be back in 2-3 weeks for my fill-in! ????????
