I got my full set and pedicure done by the two gentlemen there. They did an incredible job and made sure that i was satisfied every step of the way. Definitely recommend!
If I could give 0 stars. I was going to this place for over 2 years but now they lose a customer and I am not coming back.The owner are so rude too. The staff talked bad things about you and looking bad to you. For some reason after 2 years coming here when I called on Sunday to make an appointment she ask me to sent over to her zelle $25 for deposit to hold my appointment however they never have ask me that Also when I was doing my nails today Ethan charge me $5 more just to remove just one nail broken. I don’t like the way they treat the customer, the will treat you bad .They really need to improve their customer service, say hi , welcome and treat better the customer!!!!!!!! THE STAFF MEMBER ARE SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ALL THE TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
Me and my daughter love going there. They have many talented people and are very patient with kids. My daughter always gets a mini manicure with her nails done.
So happy I found a place that does SNS since moving here a weekago! Phoung/Vivian did an amazing job on my nails. I wasted my money at another shop but was ecstatic to find myself here today. I will definitely be back as a regular!
So I usually go to home nail techs but I missed the whole salon experience so I made an appointment with Ethan based off the reviews and he really does an amazing job! I got a full set and pedicure done by him. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it exactly as shown! He kept asking me questions making sure my nails were to my liking. Same thing with my toes. I will definitely come back here again.
very kind and always work in detail with what i want. i am always impressed and happy with the results! the guy who did mine today was very gentle and matched the colors perfectly! love it here.
Rude customer customer service!!! Do not support this place, they kick you out after not doing your nails properly!!
I wasn't even going to review, but I'm still upset hours later... I went in for my nails, my daughters nails, and my eyebrows.
I have nothing bad to say about how our nails turned out or most of the employees, but my eyebrows and one employee specifically I have a lot to say.
My eyebrows look good, but she was super rough and I've never left a place with puffy irritated eyes! Mind you my appointment was at 1:30 and it is 9!
She rushed tf out of my eyebrows!
With my nails, she made me feel really upset... I wanted some nails I saw them advertising, but she kept asking me if I was sure and told me the price as if I wouldn't be able to afford them... I was so upset I decided not to get them. Honestly, I needed to vent because I love how my nails look and I love my daughters whole experience, but this employee (who I sadly didn't get the name of) really hurt my feelings and ruined my whole trip...
