I had a very nice experience here with my niece. was able to make an appointment that morning. We waited maybe 5-6 minutes. They were able to squeeze me in to an impromptu gel manicure while my niece got her schedule new set before our "couples" pedicure LOL ... I appreciate that let me sit and soak my feet while waiting for my niece to finish up so we could share that time together.

Jose was very nice and gave a very good/strong massage. I would have preferred he cleaned the leg exfoliator gel off before rubbing the many different lotions into my legs but I guess i just need to speak up next time.

I wish they would do away with the plastic partitions because I can NEVER hear what anyone is saying and after awhile I get sick of breaking my neck to hear under/through the cutout or ask people to repeat themselves.

Got my nails done almost a week ago and they are still looking new.

They cut my toes and made me bleed. Terrible customer service, pedicure foot spa not functional. They did not do what I paid for.

I went for a manicure pedicure before a friends wedding. They did not paint my toe nails fully and over painted one of them using gels and it was connected to my skin and lifting up. It became very painful. I went back for them to take it off and the woman was very rude and told me she would never do my nails again but she wasn’t even the one that did my pedicure in the first place. She continued to tell me that she would never do my nails again over and over and made me feel very uncomfortable. She did not put a bag in the foot spa and put my feet in it to rinse them. She cut me on a few of my toes and it is extremely painful. I will never go back to this place and I hope you don’t either. Unfortunately most of their equipment is broken and the staff is not very nice.

I liked the nails I got done, but for some reason I felt very unsafe. The guy who was doing my nails made me feel uncomfortable. I am a minor and I found it disgusting that a grown man was hitting on me! Unfortunately to be safe, I will not be coming back here. The people working there should have a background check or something......

Absolutely a shame because I've been here like 6 times and I just left and the guy who did my nails were disgusting. Kept getting distracted and talking to others and looking away and did a disgusting away. He was on the phone at one point too. Absolutely a shame because I was always so happy, but this guy, I think his name was Kevin was disgusting and also kept cursing as he talks. Like what??? Ruined my Christmas nails.

I went in, and they are very nice people. The lady who did my nails took her time and was very nice, I kept good conversation with her. The only problem is my nails aren't straight, so it looks like my nails are lopsided. This is my second time upon coming here the first time I enjoyed. This second time I don't think I will be returning due to the quality of how my nails have turned out . Also, my nails were $60 when a full set is $45 with gel so I wasn't sure how my total came about to $60 and I also did do my eyebrows, she did them super thin. The first time the other lady did it she did a good job but now I realized this isn't the nail salon I will contine to be going too. Already the pinky is about to fall off.

LUXE Nail Salon, on 516, Old Bridge, NJ may be tucked away but I found it to be one of the best nail salons in the area. Kim, who is the owner is soooo sweet. The prices are much better than the surrounding area and they do EXCELLENT work. They do prefer for you to make an appointment but walk-in are welcome. I'm guilty of the "Walk-In" customer but I never fear which Tech I'll get. From Vicky to Jose, Hanna to Tina or Tracy, they are all EXCELLENT! They are precise when doing your nails but never keep you in the chair for hours. ugh. I'm always on a time schedule and if I let them know, they are quick. I always feel very comfortable! LUXE Nail Salon is my getaway for peaceful time. Give them a call. I know you will be very happy and satisfied!

I had a great experience at LUXE Nail Salon on Wednesday June 24th. I was never at this salon. I actually followed my nail technician from a previous salon. What a great choice for him and myself as well. When I walked in I was pleasantly created by Kim. I was taken promptly on time and had a gel pedicure followed by a gel manicure. It is clean and very well up to the new regulations due to Covid 19 rules. I felt comfortable and safe. Tony did a great job, as usual. He always did a great job. He is a very nice, respectful and a talented technician. I am extremely happy with this hidden gem in Old Bridge. Thank you Tony for bringing my life back to some normalcy and restoring my hands and feet to looking beautiful! I highly recommend this salon and Tony. You wont be sorry.
