I booked a keratin hair treatment, to straighten my wavy hair , via the treatwell website. On the day of the treatment I asked my stylist about the treatment and she told me that it would keep my hair straight for around 4-6 months with the usual amount of care. I even checked if they had any better options to provide longevity to my treated hair. But I was assured that it would last long enough and my hair would be frizz free and straight for a few months at least.
The treatment went fine and my hair was straight and frizz free and I was asked to wash it in 3 days.
On the day I washed my hair , I was SHOCKED to see the curls reappear !!.
So I called them back and asked if it was supposed to be that way and how best I can remedy any issues. But the office manager was down right rude and did not even wait for me to explain my situation. Just kept denying any responsibility. I strongly recommend anyone going there to reconsider. It's not even about the money , but about spending 3 hours and not get the desired results.
Went to his hairdresser and showed them a picture of some highlights that I wanted in my hair. The hairdresser said this is very achievable and that she can do this for me. Ended up looking nothing like the picture and the colour was so off. The two pictures are what I got and the other one is what I asked for
Had an appointment today, was my first time here and my first time getting eyelash extensions. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the lash tech was amazing. made me feel less anxious and did such a beautiful job. in love with my eyelashes, going to have to come back to get my refills done. thank you so much <3 have gotten so many compliments on my eyelashes (:
Came in for a quick wash, cut and blow dry. Booked through Treatwell, very cheap only £27 (I had extra long hair as well). They settled me down quickly even though I was 10 minutes late on the weekend. They were very polite and smiley and offered to put my jacket away. The wash could’ve been more massaging but not a big deal. The haircut was a trim. Although I had long thick hair it’d didn’t take long at all. I was very happy with the results. Took around 45/50 minutes. For such a cheap price it was worth it.
Well I never! I'm absolutely so disgusted by the service I received here at this salon. High level of unprofessionalism from the staff. They are disorganised, they overbook, not to mention how rude the staff are to the clients. I was highly shocked. The lady who did my nails was rushing through them and didnt take her time. She did not do a thorough, neat job and when I mentioned that I was unhappy there was little notice taken or any attempt to improve the work. I had to go to another salon in London to get it fixed and for this I am highly unimpressed. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I should think the owner needs to seriously reconsider the staff they have hired should they wish this salon to continue. I am absolutely appalled.
I booked through groupon, as a student I was looking for a cheap trim, had low expectations, and was quite apprehensive as I hadn’t had my hair cut in a long time. I left feeling very pampered! My stylist Eva was skilled, friendly and professional and I’m very happy with my haircut. Will be returning, thank you :) x
My hair turned out amazing! They are absolute life savers! I rate this 10/10 definitely will go again the workers are the sweetest!
Beautiful salon, good service. I trust my hair only with them. Girls are profesional, allways giving advice. Going there for a long time, never disapointing me :)
