Asked for a no chip manicure. The color I selected was almost out. The tech suggested to do a dip as stated it is the same thing. It is not! I hate fake nails and to have a thick layer of artificial acrylic adding thickness to my natural nail causes serious sensory issues that I explained the the tech. I wasn’t happy and they didn’t offer anything. Not even to remove and do the service I requested. I will not return! I’m already in my truck with a crack thumb nail and wanting nothing more to find another nail place to remove. Waste of money and time! Sucks when you have to break a nail off to eliminate your sensory issue bc they didn’t care to listen!

If I could I would give this place 0 starts. Horrible first experience. I felt extremely rushed. The staff is unprofessional. Extremely rude. The quality of their work is absolutely terrible. I got a no-chip and my nails chipped the next day. They only put one coat on my nails and when I asked for two more coats because you can clearly see through the nail color, the owner was rude and told me " no only one coat"...their prices do not match the quality of their work. If I’m paying for services, give me someone that knows what their doing or is not in a hurry.
The worst place you can go ! My nails started breaking after 3 days .When I went back to fix them, the owner was screaming at me and told me that next time, he would kick me out. Very disrespectful
Clara is wonderful and very meticulous at doing my nails. She takes her time to do a good job. I like the fact that she doesn't rush through my session.
Got there 30 mins before he closed, didn’t thinking he would take care of me. I was going for a pedicure. And end up getting pedicures and manicure. He took care of me and still someone else wait for him. Customer was an A.

Having a clean nail salon is right up there with being actually good at doing nails. I am super picky about my nails and I dislike when there chaso and salons tell you "5 minutes" and its like 3 hours. This place is so clean, calm, and relaxing AND they do an AMAZING job on my nails. Gina does my hands but everyone else has dne my pedicures. So great and the massage is longer than most places.
