Nails was rushed and was not what I asked for. To put stars on two of your nails $65 plus $45 for a full set over charged my daughter gel nail polish was coming off the same day. If you a new beginner just say so and I can politely take my Service elsewhere $200 down the drain ???????????? Our First and last time

This place is great. Very clean and really nice people. I am a guy and I go get pedicures. I tell all my guy friends to go and try it out. Its like having new feet. With that being said I wish they had a "menu" for men. I don't get my toes painted or clear coated. But its included in the price. I think taking care of your feet is important and more guys might go if the prices reflect what men do not get as compared to women. Just food for thought.

Lucy does amazing work! She is super sweet and her staff are really nice and the place is really clean!

I took my daughter to get her nails done for her 14th birthday. She had a full set put on and two days later the nails were coming off. Lusy didn't have any issue fixing the nails that came off but days later the nails were still coming off. I was not taking her to get them redone again because I feel it shouldn't have happened in the beginning. We have been to other nail salons and never had an issue with the nails staying on. Unfortunately we will not return????

Patchy service sometime I can get great work but last time over charged and not a full pedicure. But this is based on who does the pedicure. So many people work there idk always get a different person. Unprofessional talk conversations from owner inappropriate also. Only one near my house. Other salons in town have poor service or painful service.

They do good nails but they have 2 guys that suck on pedicure. I have pictures to show you the sloppy job the guy I had today. He kept burning my Cuticles with the machine instead of using the proper tools. I am sure he don't even have a License . They might offer drinks no one had mask.

I have came here a few times, not the best. I just recently got my nails done (regular gel fill in) and not even 2 days later my GEL polish began chipping! I was very disappointed because my fill in was 45 alone. I came back 3 days after getting them done to get them FIXED and they charged me $20! The lady told me to come in @6 and I didn’t get seen till 7:30!!! So the long waits, poor customer service, and plus cheap quality products is not what you should be looking for a nail shop. So dissatisfied.

I had a great service at Lusy Spa and Nail today. This was my first visit. I was greeted by receptionist and owner upon arrival. Didn’t have to wait at all. My nail technician was Lisa. She is very good at her job. Very meticulous and takes her time grooming your nails to perfection. I then asked for my eyebrows to be touched up. Kiera did a beautiful job at perfecting my brows! Kiera was pleasant and professional. They have hospitality staff to make sure you’re comfortable during your visit offering an assortment of beverages at no additional charge. I would highly recommend. By the way way they also have a tattoo parlor. This place is nice and clean.
