This is the only hair salon outside of my hair braider that I will go too. Your hair is in good hands when you visit this salon.

Never disappoints!! The staff do a phenomenal job on hair textures and lengths of all kinds. I typically go for a roller set and blow dry. Most recently I also went for hair coloring to cover up my grays and I absolutely love the color. I also got a trim and my hair feels so healthy. I'll be back soon and even travel from out of state because nothing compares.

I’ve been going to Luizinha for over 8yrs and I LOVE the way they do my hair. If your looking for a simple wash and blow with an amazing look this is the place to go.

They treated me amazing! I walked in they had me sit in the back, they shampoo n wash your hair, then treat it and blow dry it straight then proceed with braiding it to the design that you choose! Not heavy handed either! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in the area to get your hair braided! Thank you????

Today was my first time visiting and I will be back. Everyone was nice and welcoming and my hair turned out great! I have already told a few people about the place. The owner did my hair and she did a great job and she was very warm and friendly!

I have been going here off and on for years and its still a great experience. Sometimes the shampoos are a little rough but if you nicely just say a little softer the ladies will do just that. Very happy I started going back,my hair is already growing back wonderfully. I usually go to Donna or Nya and they are both amazing but Ny be getting those roots!

Been going here for years, nice people and clean environment. Professional and once you get started it’s not too long a wait. Probably the best hair dresser for colored people in Boston so some Saturday’s (rain or shine) or before a holiday you may expect a little wait to get washed.

I will say that if you don’t go to the following hair dressers for your press: Donna, niyah, luizinha, or Louisa, your gonna get burned or something.

They also only accept cash now.

Otherwise, the people who come here never leave, amazing shop where they work fast and are good at what they do

Everything started very well. Christina is one of the sweetest staff there. She took her time doing my hair. But one it was time for me to get my hair trim she asked the owner because she claimed that shes he best. One I got home I noticed the back of my hair was uneven and literally all chopped off. I am highly disappointed. This is by far the worst experience that I've had going to Cape Verdean salons. Please don't go there if you have natural kinky hair because they don't know how to care for your hair. I'm upset as I write this. Please please don't go there if you have natural hair. And don't make the owner cut your hair.
