I finally found my place. Been searching for a good pedicure salon in and around Downers all summer. I finally found it. Kent @ Lovely Nails in Lisle. He knew what I wanted before I said a word. A+++++++ I will be going back.
I adore this place and the family that runs it. The quality is ad good as day one when we started going over 15 years ago. Our favorite place for nails by far
This place is great! They're super busy, but work fast and efficiently. I got a no chip manicure for $35. You can tell a lot of people were regulars because the way they greeted each other. I also liked they have conversations with their customers. Will definitely be going back.
I have been to at least 20 different nail salons since I moved to Illinois and have been EXCEPTIONALLY dissatisfied with each one. Until I came here! The prices are great, they don't argue with me when I tell them what I want done, they didnt skimp on the details just for times sake, the tools were clean and well maintained. The staff was all very friendly and inviting. This is now my go to salon.
Needed a pink and white fill. The place I normally go is farther from my new house so I came here bc their pedicures are good. My nail popped off days after bc of how the guy shaped my nail (which is wrong). I had this beautiful pink and white ombré and now it’s ruined. The fill isn’t even the same color of my pink. I said something he told me when he was done it would match. My nails are lifted from the top. Honestly the WORST fill I ever had. The man needs to retire.
This picture is from a fix up. My nails had chipped the first time. But I was able to come in to let them know. They were happy to fix my nails. I wasn’t mad. It’s okay! No worries. Thank you for making my nails look amazing! Chrome is a hard color to keep, this is after a week. The customer service here is simple and great. Very friendly people working here. It is clean environment. Love the fish tank. Will be back here again.
I went last week. My first time ~ I had the lady at the first station. She did a wonderful job with my manicure & pedicure. I havent had that done in years since the pandemic started. My feet felt amazing! and my nails were cleaned up. Wooohoo!
The price was reasonable. But I do agree with some of the comments. You really need to acknowledge your patrons. Especially potential new clients and regulars. Please take a moment and make them feel welcomed. My suggestion is to warm up the place with photos and etc. A woman's touch wouldn't hurt.
But besides that, the service was good.
Love love lovely nails! They are always so sweet, take their time, and creative. Susan and Tweet are amazing and always. So is the whole staff. It's family ran which I love. They are play attention to your needs and very careful with any concerns you have. They take their time. I always schedule an appointment because I come far now, but when I lived close They would take me as within 15 minutes as a walk in.
I been coming here for 12 years!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them. I am pretty high maintaince when it comes to my nails so when I find a place I commit. I take them seriously and love them!
