I've gone here since I can remember. I love everyone there and they always do my nails perfectly. I always throw alot of ideas but the always make them so beautiful! This is the only place that will do my nails as long as I want them. Love how kind and welcoming everyone is there. Definitely worth every penny.
The woman who owns the shop hands down is the best! She took her time doing my acrylic and pedicure. I feel completely relaxed and so happy with my services. I highly recommend this shop!
I requested pink and white nails. The procedure is something I have never seen before whereas you do the pink first as the base. Then scrape off about 2 inches to fill the tip with white acrylic. The problem is when she brushed the white onto the pink it became sloppy. She was being observed by another tech and giving guidance. I got so upset that I was having chest pains. I left and came back to discuss the issue. A lady responded that she will fix the issue so I waited. Two other ladies walked in and they were escorted to a chair. Mind you I am still waiting. I sat for about 20 minutes and they just ignored me. Then one lady took a picture of the horrible nail job then walked away. I got so mad and decided to call my bank and ask for a refund.

Horrible service. I paid 55 dollars for my nails and in a week two of them broke, And the GEL polish was already damaged… I came back to let her know my nails broke and she had the courage to said that it was already growth in the nail and that’s why it broke.. I literally made her fix my nails, (broken, and GEL polish) then one more week, please see the picture!! My Pinky is now infected, and most of mi nails are broken. Please do not go here, they use their materials without cleaning them! This is why my Pinky is now infected!! ????????
I got a pedi and eyebrows. Rushed the pedi. Tried to do my eyebrows in a chair in the dark and I had to say something about laying down to get them done. I wont go back with therr being some many nails salons on winter haven.
They are horrible my nail color didn't match in the sun and they had an attitude when I asked them to correct it , never going back
