Lovely is awesome! Been going to her for my eyebrows for over 20 years. Followed her from the mall to her new location and will follow her if she ever moves again. I won’t let anyone else do my brows. She’s top tier!

I have thin eyebrows and whenever I tell someone how I want them to be shaped they always say “we’ll see what we can do. Your eyebrows are thin”. Well lovely didn’t complain at all! She asked me how I wanted them to be shaped and went to work! I couldn’t believe how nice my eyebrows looked. Where have you been all my life 8-). I would definitely recommend her!

I use to be fan… If I tell you three times I want a wax and I don’t like thread . As a customer you should respect that. Not the first time. So mins into my arching she pulls out the thread and starting to arch my brows. I had again had to intervene… At this point it’s the 4th time. Never again!!!!

I usually like lovely eyebrows especially in the past when I first started in about 2013 they used to always have at least 4 really good ladies giving speedy service and great work over the past few years they always have a wait and due to covid I understand things take time to adjust. But at this point.......

I had an appointment for 10 a.m. this morning for lovely they open at 10 a.m. when I got there it was only one young lady working lovely is nowhere in sight and it's about 10 women in the lobby and three of us all saying that we had appointments for 10 with lovely yes she is nowhere in sight they don't try to offer any type of understanding for overbooking or wait times up to 40 minutes and we are talking only for eyebrows. I'm not going to lie when you can get to lovely her work is great however good luck trying to get an appointment with her or surviving the wait long enough because there is never any good stylist anymore or is usually only one so all the people in the lobby waiting or waiting for a lovely because they don't trust anybody with their eyebrows I'm over it this is ridiculous and especially when I started it was only $8 now is 12 which isn't bad inflation however for the service being received you would think it was lovely training school for eyebrows

Love my brows every time I go. Most are particular about only allowing lovely to do there brows but I think all the ladies there do a great job. Would be nice to be greeted upon entering the door!

I went there for the first time today. The girl that did my eyebrows her name is Lovely and she is really polite/nice. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows to look and everytime she did something she told me to look in the mirror because I wanted them slightly thin but not too thin with a high arch. It came out really perfect I love what she did. If you go here I recomend to get your eyebrows threaded not waxed because threading give you a better clean cut look than waxing. But, overall I'm coming here again I love it.

I love them!!!! Professional & they always do a great job! They make sure you are happy. Lovely is great and staff is well trained. Their threading technique helped me grow back my brows. I wont let anyone else do my brows.
