My appointment was on time, the beauticians worked very efficiently as a team and the service was impeccable. Mr. Phil did a great job on my hair … I love it! I had a great experience at this adorable little salon this past weekend! I was in town from south florida and decided to get a haircut (my usual stylist hasn't been working since the start of the pandemic). From the moment I walked in I could tell that all of the employees were being extremely cautious. Everyone was wearing masks, everything was very clean, and the salon was definitely not even close to being at full capacity. The owner cut my hair - (her name escapes me right now) she was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the St. Augustine area :)
Great experience. The salon feels sophisticated but is very warm and welcoming; the staff is friendly and professional, and CINDY is great. She made me feel comfortable immediately, communicated clearly, and gave me a great haircut so I made an appointment for a couple of days later for highlights and I am again so happy! Compliments to the ladies at reception, nice from the first phone call, and to Carolina - best shampoo of my life.
I was wanting styled hair rather than just a haircut. Based on their google reviews, I decided to give this salon a try. The salon is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly. And my stylist, Nikki, did an awesome job. I have washed and blow dried myself and it still looks great! Thank you!!
