Many products and people to assist you. I have never felt uncomfortable shopping here. It's unfortunate that a few ruin it for some of us that don't have larceny on their minds.

It's a basic beauty supply store with the basic beauty supply products. Unfortunately unlike North Jersey there aren't many to choose from. This is the only reason I can think of that makes it ok to see people prosecuted on their doors and walls for shoplifting. Mind you, there's no evidence in the pictures of any shoplifting. I only see AA people looking at products. Two years ago I promised myself not to go into this shop
ever again. I can have all my products delivered from Amazon and because there are multiple sellers the prices are competitive. Also there's no one to follow you around as you make your selections. They can keep their products as far as I'm concerned. There is nothing in that store that's worth me being falsely accused of anything. It hasn't happened to me but I'm sure in that environment anything can happen. BEWARE.
They have a pretty decent variety of hair and they usually have buy one get one free sale which is nice. The location is very convenient and the people working there are helpful if needed.
If you can get your beauty stuff someplace else do. They have a good selection and the prices for the most part of pretty good but the service stinks. One of the items had a coupon on it for $2 off and he wouldn't honor the coupon that was on the product he was selling.
They have large variety of products the prices are OK, but I hate how they think everyone is a thief. They will follow you around and make you feel like a "CRIMINAL" but when it comes time to take your money they are super friendly.
Don’t open a business where you will profile every customer that walks in. You then project this foul energy during your customer service if you do. . . Will never spend a dollar at this business. And unfortunately the young Hispanic girl who assisted me to the other store at the end of the plaza was very friendly and helpful. The worker located in the other store was very rude and not helpful at all.
Visited there for the first time, the item l wanted was sold out, but the sales person was very helpful but l did purchase another item, so love it, thank you ????❤
