I went here today 9/17/22 for the first time. Lisa arrived late but Bruce was there and he was kind. However, there capacity is 14 and the space is about the size of a square room. One of the techs arrived late. Lisa was talking to one customer the whole time and emphasizing how much she loves her and other customers are this and that while you have other customers waiting. They do ask you are you thirsty for wine or water which is why they have one star. Also, my feet was rushed and not the best and my nails were rushed and not the best as well but my eyebrows look amazing. I paid overall $120 the prices are not bad but they have lost a new customer and I tip well because I pay for great customer service and I definitely didn’t get that here. Also, they don’t really have anyone who can do designs. You will be waiting before you get serviced unless you are a regular customer they will see you before new customers. I will not be returning unfortunately because they are 3 minutes from my house. One thing I noticed is that it is hard to find a good nail technician.

I also enjoy going to this place because of how consistent they are. They always have great energy and love helping out their customers. There’s moments when you may come in and they are busy but you just have to be patient because you’ll get attended well too. Loved my most recent set from them and well it turned out.

I had my nails done by bruce. He put my acrylics half way up my nails to begin with. One week later 3 nails were coming up. I went in and they reglued them. Two days later up again. When i went back i waited and waited bruce came in and would only reglue them. Said time for a refill. My previous acrylics from anywhere have always lasted more than a week. I will never be back here. He did a shoddy job and they were never clean edges. My pinky is crooked and when i asked he said no its my finger. A waste of my money thst I dont have. This was suppose to be a real treat and i am sorry i didnt go to one of the many competitors. I do not recommend them at all

Great service! So receptive and accommodating to what I want and nails never disappoint! They shape acrylic the best in the area, ive come in with some awful nails before and they always fix them.

Push back your own cuticles before coming because they dont push them back but it is still a 5 star place!

I was going to give them a 4 star but most definitely not now .. I did my nails the 23rd of December and today is the 25th .. they did an amazing job with my nails indeed but they only lasted 2 days the pinky broke .. meaning quality isn’t even good .. for my first time so disappointed.. a waste of 50 dollars..Honestly I suggest go to another nail salon !! Because this salon is out of my book. Also the environment is very nice but they do not take any Covid pre caution.. like sanitizting .. was is scary !! Also the staff are werid they don’t even friendly welcome you .. as they should as staffs and etc. there is only 1-2 that do. Only thing that is nice is that they offer drinks while getting a pedicure.

I will not be returning. Went for a gel mani & gel pedi. It was suggested by the tech that I should treat myself and get a spa pedi and while the pedi service was wonderful, once done I was rushed out of the pedi chair to the wash station, in a very cramped location, thereby ruining the polish on my big toe because it had not dried. I was then told to sit at a nail station and had what was possibly the quickest mani I have ever had. I explained to the nail tech that I wanted to use the same polish color as my toes with white at tips. She said she couldn't do that and I would have to come back. At the same time the pedi tech is bent down trying to fix the polish on my toe. As soon as the clear gel coat on my hands was applied and went into the UV LED, I paid and was told to sit outside in the hallway as others were waiting to be served. I sat in the hallway and went to take off the pedi slippers and my toenail polish messed up AGAIN. The pedi tech comes out to hand me my receipt and goes to fix the polish and said to me "You should have gotten the gel pedicure" WHAT?!? You told me to get the spa pedi. The level of unprofessionalism shown here was astounding. I went home and painted the white tip using white polish myself.

I will also like to mention the poor customer service towards the young woman seated next to me who was getting a full set of acrylics. The yound lady showed the nail tech a design on her phone and was told she couldn't get that type of nail art and that she should have told him up front what she wanted. Yet this is a service that is promoted at the salon.

I absolutely love it here at Lisa nail spa !!! Honestly I’ve been coming here every two weeks faithfully and each week they take care of me ! Go above and beyond for me and Bruce always goes in on my nails !!! All of the stuff here does an excellent job ! From my nails to my pedicure !! I’ve been coming here for about almost a year now and I haven’t went anywhere else since !! No one can get the job done the way they can here at Lisa nail’s !! I recommend everyone to come here

My nails came out looking so cute!! I️ showed him a picture and he replicated it exactly! I’m so excited I️ got the nails I️ wanted for my 20th birthday! It’s been almost a week since I️ got them and not a scratch! They are really good quality and a great price for what I️ had done.
