Problem with me is I give people too many chances, my first time here should’ve been my last. I never had my nails turn green at any other shop I’ve been to. The issue is this is only AFTER the first fill-in which was horrendous my nails were so bumpy, uneven and not the same shape. Both times I been here I was told I couldn’t get the simple nail design I wanted the second time I asked for something that they actually advertise doing but couldn’t get it done. I wasted some money and time here but we live and we learn.
If I could leave no stars I would. Disgusting, rude workers, bad service, left unsatisfied. Me and my sister went to get our nails done I did a full set and she did a fill in and they look like press on. Nails kept coming off he kept having to redo them. The guy was very harsh with my hand.. kept pulling and wouldn’t tell me what to do.
If I could give a zero I would. This was my first time here. The lady that did my nails seemed buzzed or something she would not sit still and was so slap happy that cuticle trimmer, I felt like I was being skinned. She would pinch me and I’d saw “ow” and pull away, she literally squeezed my finger and when she saw it wasnt bleeding, she rolled her eyes. When polish would gat on my skin she would scrape it with her nail instead of dipping a brush in some acetone and cleaning it up. When the torture was finally over she drowned me in cuticle oil.
WORST Service Ever !!! Rudest Staff !! waited about an hour to get a pedi, mani and shellac. With the Biggest attitude, worker did the worst job on my nails. They pealed a couple days later. Left polish all over my hands and when asked her to remove them she snapped. Do NOT Go There !!
Today I came in for a fill in. I waited an hour and a half. They rushed my fill in and did not buff my nails before putting polish over the acrylic. I expressed that my nails felt rushed and I did not like them. I also expressed that I wasn't trying to be rude but just expressing that I don't want to pay for bad service. They gave me an ultimatum: either I deal with the nails or they take the nails off and I leave. Poor service and I wouldn't recommend.
